Opal recoiled in fear at the mare's harsh words. She let her head sag and said,"I'm sorry... I didn't mean... I guess I don't like them... bunnies and squirrels are better." She flicked her tail apologetically. One miniscule tear dripped from her eye.

Ice shrugged.

Ruby nosed Opal. "Eh. Ignore her. She doesn't like squirrels." She said, as if that explained everything.

"My point exactly," Ruby called back, trotting to keep up with Smoke. "And anyway, eagles EAT bunnies."
