"If you don't want to hear something
that you may be offended by, then don't commit a dumb act for
it to be criticized by another."< ------------------------------------------------------- ○ ♦ ○ ------------------------------------------------------- >Growing much more un-entertained with every step the four took, the girls started to slow her pace a bit. It wasn't something she noticed as she was a little to focused on what her punishment might be but caught her attention when her summons, looked back at her and brushed the fur covered tip of his lion tail against her nose. The slight tickling sensation automatically caused a sneezing reaction. The sneeze sounded very delicate and fragile, as well as soft, something that would lead most people believe it was just a small cough.
As she came back to reality instead of her personal thoughts, Adriana quickened her pace till she was back at her summons side. She ran her hand across the large beast's flake till it stopped at his ribs before she gave him and small smile. Mystic purred, it sounded very deep and the slight vibrations from his vocals could be felt upon those close to him, as his summoner petted his gray fur.
Just as it seemed to be a quiet walk, the girl noticed the dark haired boy moving closer towards her until they were side-by-side. Glaring at him from the corner of her eyes, the light sea green hues of her eyes themselves showed her discomfort with him being this close. She looked back forward before the sound of his voice reached her ears. Turning her head till it faced him, she listened and looked at his hand as he offered it to her. He really talked a lot for someone that was probably going to get in trouble as she was but maybe a lesser amount.
Accepting his offer, she returned his friendly gesture before pulling her hand away once it ended. "Uh, pleasure to meet you James. It's Adriana Wilkerson." The boy seemed nice enough until he called her summon a class A. There was the feeling of eyes staring them down that caused the small hairs on the back of her neck to stand on end. She turned to look at Mystic, who was the source of this uneasy feeling, to see the feathers around his neck ruffled at the boys comment. Even though the griffin was pretty passive with most thing, the two most things you shouldn't comment upon him about is his summon class and his intelligence. He would have rightfully spoke to James if that rule wasn't set into place.
The griffin thought over the rule and say a major flaw in it. She didn't say anything about comments that argued about how one verbally degraded him. Technically he wouldn't be going against her rule about telling his name or anything portraying to his personality of location. "Who are you calling a A-summon, boy. Let alone talking about my intelligence. You should rethink what you say before stating something that is very incorrect."
Mystic had to think about the words he would say that wouldn't break the two he was told to obey and figured that would do. The elongated ears, that resembled that of a fox but just being a bit longer and skinny in width, perked up upon his response back. Adriana looked at her summon surprised that he had spoken when she told him not to about himself but learned she forgot to mention that slight part. Quite disgusted with herself right now, she looked from the griffin back to James and his summon that was invisible but showed its presence. "Uh, he's not a A-summon, as he already said but a B-summon. I'm still learning about him though, so I really can't tell you too much about him. His name is Mystic, in English that is, but completely different in what is it again? Greek? Adriana looked from James to her summon at the question she asked the griffin. Seeing him nod his head in response, she returned it and looked back to James. "But anyways ..."
Sentence being cut off, the girls attention drew away from James to the catlike summon of the injured boy's. She looked at that expression it had on it's face which didn't seem to bother Adriana really. However, that changed when she touched her summon by being upon his back. She would have canceled the order to not attack a summon but that could mean he had the overall ability to go kill any summon that was around. That would have surely gotten her into a lot more trouble than she was already in. Opening her mouth to speak, she closed it again with a groan before rolling her eyes at Maira. That little summon was quite the annoying one and no matter how much it pained Adriana not to let Mystic go all attacker on the child-like summon, she wasn't going to let it get the better of her.
Feeling something against his furred body, Mystic looked from Adriana onto his back to see the summon form earlier hitching a ride. The griffin glared at her and wanted to buck her off but that one rule, Rule 18 "Not to harm another summon unless it proved the desire to rid the existence of the summon" prevented the griffin from doing anything unless Adriana canceled it or said another rule that could counter the one already set into place.
