i need help! everytime i go on it it just gives me a blank page and nothing on it1 and by that i mean there are no tools and paintbrushes. the black white page is not there. what is wrong? please help me

Try updating Java (or installing it if you don't have it yet). You can also try uninstalling and then reinstalling Java. If that doesn't work, try seeing if you have enabled Java in your browser/switching browsers.

I'm not quite sure how to explain this, but would this thing below be of any help? There I'm explaining how to create layers.

Basically, layers make your drawing easier. When you put lines on one layer and colouring on other, you can make it so that you don't have to worry about going out of lines. It's also easier to remove or change parts of the drawing without messing with the others when you have things on different layers.
