Allie looked at kai. "I can't imagine why." She said. "Just because of your wings. That just shows how judgemental people are." The bell rang then and she stood up. "Come on."

Kai looked surprised, then smiled. It's okay... He told her and grasped her hand. His smile turned to a small one as he felt the warmth of her hand. His heart was beating so fast, he hoped she wouldn't hear.

Allie stopped when he did. I don't know... she started. I just feel like I don't have to be a different person when I'm with you. She blushed, kind of glad he wasn't saying this out loud. You're really a great person...no matter what anyone else says.
