This looks great! Let me ask something though, it says that Kayla and Dyce are both female. Is this just a typo or are they mean to be like that? Not that it would affect the story in any way, of course .

Oreta ~ Ky

''Oreta was born blind.
People always told her its easier because she never knew what it's like to see in the first place.
She would smile and nod and cry when she's alone... with me. She didn't even know how beautiful she looks when she cries through those dead grey eyes. As cruel as that sounds.
So I lean my head against my best friend's forehead and tell her about this world.

Sometimes I feel like I'm more broken than her.
If my insides could be turned out, I would probably look like an ugly grey statue, broken and torn by the sorrow that she tries to deny.

I don't know what to tell her when she asks what the color blue is.
I don't know if she would like the depressing black buildings that block her imaginary blue sky.
I don't know what to say at all sometimes.

But I know I love Oreta.
And I know she'll never love me back because she doesn't think she's goood enough for something like love to exist.
I know this and so I cry when she can't see me.

Im glad I found a dog that looks like a real character of mine, Oreta. A blind girl.
Ky is new but I can't help but love him.
