Shadow
Shadow woke up early the next morning, the rain was just staring to ease up. The forest was beautiful with the raindrops dripping off the leaves. The sun was just starting to rise, Shadow trotted down to the lake, searching for last night's carcass of her and Midnight's dinner, just to make sure it hadn't been a dream. She sighed happily when she saw it was still there, she didn't want to bury the happy memory but she did, as to not attract any pesky foxes. She smelled the faint scent of rabbit, growing clearer as she focused on the scent. She almost yipped with hapiness when she saw the rabbit, Jackpot Shadow crouched down and stalked forward. All of a sudden a flock of birds flew from a couple of trees nearby, She startled and the rabbit fled. She looked around to make sure no one had seen her beginner mistake.

Redleaf yawned and emerged from her new den, her shaggy coat had bits of leaves and moss stuck in it and she was still tired from yesterday, she sat bolt upright where am I? she asked herself, then remembered joining the pack and settled down again

Shadow put her nose to the ground and followed the rabbit's scent across the clan's territory. She stopped sniffing when the scent disappeared, she looked around finally realizing where she was. She looked around the lush meadow where she was. She sniffed around the valley, searching in desperation for an exit. She was in a valley, a small stream was running through the meadow in which she was. She sat down and gave a long medium sounding howl, wondering if her pack could hear her.

Valley was sitting upon her rock that lay just inside the lush rolling hills of her meadow, when she spied that black wolf she'd seen earlier while spying on the pack. Hmph. She simply watched as she howled, and a little bit later a golden brute trotted out. She watched in silence as his sharp brown eyes rested on her.

Faith raised her head, and opened her sharp, blue eyes. She stood slowly, stretched, then slowly trotted out of her den. She padded slowly out of the cave and sat down in the cool mud. She rolled all over in it until she looked like a wet, timber wolf.

Desert snarled in his sleep. That Midnight. Thinks he can have Shadow. Shadow. Shadow! He snapped awake, and looked around for her in the den. When he couldn't see her, he went outside, when he heard a familiar howl. He followed it to a lush meadow, and saw Shadow and another, tall white fae.

Shadow saw Desert, "What are you doing here?" She looked around, "Do you know the way back to camp?" Shadow's green eyes stared inquisitively into Desert's golden brown eyes.

"There you go." he said, but he turned around, walked about a wolf-stride and lay down, plotting against midnight (>:D)

She looked at Desert and the forest behind him, then she looked at the Alpha's den. "Oh Okay then." Shadow trotted after Desert looking forward to hunting with a friend, not realizing his purposes.
