I have a suggestion. When you list the artists on the front page, maybe you could post a few examples of the artists and let us say a sentence or two about our art under our names? That way people have a better idea of who they want to draw for them. JUST A SUGGESTION XD

Why you want this job, and why you think you can handle it: I love creating designs, but I can never manage to keep my own adoptable thread managed, just being an artist suits me, not a thread manager, so I thought it would be nice to join a group-character shop ^^
Usual online-time: Weekdays: around 3:00ish chicken smoothie time, on and off the rest of the evening.
Weekends: varies on the time I have available, on and off sporadically all day basically. ^^
Other: nope. ^^
