An 09 rare would def be a stretch. I'd say maybe an early 2010 rare, but maybe a late 09 one if yer lucky.

I did, but I didn't think a PPS counted as a newborn seeing as it will never grow up and will ALWAYS be a newborn.

"Do not ask about pets without a rarity."

Both of them apply here. Even thought it's a pps, it still hasn't gotten a rarity, last time i checked.
