He felt cornered, small, and helpless. Everything around him was gone, and he was left in a void of blackness. All his thoughts echoed around him, though ever time he tried to run towards something-anything- he could only see pure black walls. They were shrinking, giving him less space, making him feel even more helpless. He panicked and tried to use his powers. They didn't work. Instead, in the void of blackness known as his mind, the power's seemed to backfire. The flames licked at his skin, only his skin wasn't fire resistant anymore. He screamed in the trap of his mind, wanting to be free of this trap in his head. Alec put a hand out, trying to shove back the walls to keep them leveled out. His fingers touched the wall of black and he felt a shiver run down his spine. Was this what it would be like if he was fully blind? Forever a wall of blackness? He struggled with that knowledge, shaking his head rapidly back and forth to dislodge the thought. It seemed to be that he had forgotten where he was though, and the thought only swirled around him. The heaviness of it almost choked him, reminding him anything could hurt him when he wasn't the formost person at the moment. It was like being stripped of everything he'd ever cared about and watching it all burn in front of his eyes. This was why he hated letting the other side of him out, he was forced into this place known as his mind and wasn't let out. Couldn't get out, hard as he tried. He would always be there, thoughts spinning around him and echoing in his ears. One personality the opposite of the other, ready to destroy the other. It was constant war between which was the main personality.
Alec felt his breath stop, he was litterally inable to breath. The feeling of being airborn came to him. When he was here, in his own mind, anything and everything was a possiblity. He through his arms over his head, trying to block out the thoughts. Screams filled the space, giving him a major headache. The blackness around him seemed to fade a little, and he fingers could feel something brushing against them. One eyelid slid open, and the other slowly followed. He was on the ground outside the building. An auto-maton was blown to bits and peices at his feet. "Wha-"
You can thank me later, Not really caring to think too much on the fact his lesser domant personality was talking to him, Alec agreed silently. Right, no time to question how the robot had gotten blown to bits, or why a metalic taste was in his mouth. He about gagged as he realized that there was all sort of ...odd flavors in his mouth. Copper, blood, oil, grass, dirt, he spit into the grass beside him and wiped at his mouth with the back of his hand. Why on earth was his other side so disgusting? He had to admit though, taking down a bot with only your teeth was pretty impressive. After realizing he was waiting for a comment from that other personality, Alec glared into the night and turned to the building. Z was gone, which meant that it was left to him to try and get Lew back out.
{ - Yes, I know that that picture is huge. And that Alec is very much wierd. xD The whole mind thing is what happens when that 'other' personality becomes domanent for a time. He doesn't know what happens when it does take control though. - }
