Avery stopped playing with the string on her gray hoodie and hesitated a moment, narrowing her aqua blue eyes slightly. We just met, yet she's asking about my past? With a blink, the doubt in her eyes vanished. She knew Lexa was most likely just curious and tying to learn more about them. "Well, I had a little... Disagreement with some vampires, and I ended up badly hurt. Luke was nice enough to let me stay here, and I never ended up leaving." There was obviously more she was leaving out, but Avery was surprised that she'd shared anything at all.

* Lexa bit her lip as Avery narrowed her eyes. Maybe asking her about how she got here wasn't such a good idea. Lexa shoved her hands into her front pocket and and kept her eyes on the stairs. As Avery spoke, Lexa gained interest. There was a question on the tip of her tongue, but she decided to hold it in seeing as Avery was not willing to speak any more of her past life. Lexa was glad she got to know something about Avery, but now her curiosity boiled on the inside. She had to know more. *

Darius shrugged,silently,feeling the slight tension."Well,since you are staying here,your free to pick any of the empty rooms." he offered Lexa,from the top of the staircase,gesturing to the hallway.

Avery's gaze drifted to the doors in the hallway, thankful that Darius had changed the subject. By the look in Lexa's eyes Avery could tell that she was eager to know more about her past, and she sighed mentally figuring it wouldn't be the last time she brought it up. She tugged slightly at her hood; it was usually always over her head, hiding the scar that the vampires had left. She had thought that with the advanced healing werewolves were capable of that it wouldn't scar, but for some reason it did and it irritated her everytime she thought of the memory.

Immortal flicked her snow white ears as she watched the female, and wondered if there was any way she could brighten her mood. "What's your name?" She asked softly. Her tail lightly thumped the ground.

Annetka paused, a shiver slid down her spine. "I thought I recognized her," She mumbled beneath her breath, and grabbed the gauze from the table. She began to tear pieces and place them over the wound, before ripping pieces of the medical tape from the roll as she made sure the gauze would stay in place. Annie grumbled, realizing that his fingers were stuck beneath the tape, "Sorry about that.."

Griffin realized he hadn't been paying attention,"Sorry.." he shrugged,pulling his fingers out from under the tape as he pulled his hand away from his shoulder. "It's going to be a nightmare if that female joins that pack.." He said referring to Sammy. He sighed,looking at Annetka.

Sammy's ears flicker. She suddenly realized she didn't want to be near these other two wolves. She's been a loner for many years. She starts backing up then takes off deeper into the woods.
