Farbauti smiled and licked Maggie tenderly on the muzzle.

Dinner continued without to much eventfulness, and within two hours, the dinning hall was deserted, Farbauti leading Maggie to his room, and Tarja and Sapphire left in the middle of nowhere.

Thryme and Lady Laufey approached the two lost dogs, "Come with us," Lady Laufey chirped, "We'll take you to your rooms."

Maggie skipped after Farbauti eagerly.

Sapphire followed their two gracious hosts hapily.

Lady Laufey showed Tarja and Sapphire to one room that had been split up by a divider, "I hope you both don't mind. We have quite a few guests tonight, but tomorrow you should all have your own accommodations.

Farbauti showed Maggie into a beautiful room with a large bed that looked very comfy, a room with a bath, and to finish it all off, a little indoor patio that looked out onto the Transboreal. It was beautiful.

"Sleep well, Beloved." Farbauti whispered as he gently licked Maggie's ear.

Maggie yipped in delight, nipping and tugging on his ear happily and thne bounding aorund the room. It was good to see her so energetic.

Sapphire nodded. "It's fine. Thank you."

Farbauti watched his mate with a smile, before laying down against a generously pillowed bed, "Come, beloved, we should sleep. I have a feeling that we will need our rest for tomorrow."


Tarja trotted into the room and looked around, before hoping onto the bed and rubbing himself against his, "Mmmmm, Warm!"

Maggie leapt and landed beside Farbauti happily, resting her head on his side after licking his nose and curling up against him. She nuzzled him for a moment. "Goodnight Farbauti."

Sapphire curled up int he bed she had been given, feeling a little out fo place. "Yeah..."

Farbouti closed his eyes, dreaming of distressing images that involved Murdock, Maggie, and Gothika...

Tarja rolled over and leaned up, "something wring?" he asked.

Maggie slept peacefully.

Tarja watched Sapphire curiously, but finally closed his eyes and fell asleep

When Farbauti awoke, ice frosted the window. He was feeling disturbed.

Maggie stirred, blinking a little, then shivering. "Farbauti?" She almost whispered it. His name was music on her tongue, even whispered.

Sapphire slept like a log, despite her uncomfortable-ness in her proper surroundings.
