The stallion nodded; and nudged Mako forward. He flicked his tail.

Xahlie pulled her muzzle away from her younger brother, and glanced at Mine. She then moved her gaze ahead, and continued forward. She saw a cave ahead, and nodded at it.

Mako followed in the direction of the stallion's nudge. He flicked his harks, hoping for the sound of hoofbeats.

"You can rest up ahead." He told Mako, flicking his tail.

Rain flicked her ears and continued to drink thirstfully.

Cider's ragged breath was a little softer but still raggy.

"Thank you. " Mako said quietly. He would use every moment he could get to rest; in the end, it would benefit him.

Mine nodded. He still had the food in his teeth and lowered his head, flicking his tail silently. The colt laid his head on Mine's withers, shaking.

Xahlie slid onto her knee's, and let Cider slid off of her back. She turned around, and nuzzled her small brother. "Can you stand Cider? We need to make you tough again; remember the days we would play?" She asked him, flicking her long ears forward.

The stallion snorted lightly, flicking his black tail.

Mako craned his neck forward, hoping to get a look of where he could rest. His eyes almost lit up at the thought of it.

Mine slid down onto his knees next to Xahlie and flicked his tail. He tried to slide Heilios off his back and he ran into the cave, slamming against the wall. Mine started forwards. "You okay..?" he muttered. The foal just slid tot he ground and fell asleep.

He nudged Mako forward, flicking his tail. He could see a river ahead, being as tall as he was; but he wasn't sure if Mako could.

Xahlie looked up at Mine, narrowing her eyes lightly.
