I watched Anna for a moment, thinking, before nodding. "Sure," I said. "What kind of skills do you have?" I asked, glancing around again to make sure the Careers hadn't followed us.

Adrian eyes flamed as he saw the spear bounce off the ground next to Alou. "That wasn't smart." He growled, running towards the boy. He quickly sliced with the swords, letting the boy slump to the ground. Breathing heavily he turned away, knowing this was going to haunt him no matter what.

Josslyn was sitting in the mentor's lounge beside the District 1 mentor, Cecil. Her nails dug into the couch cushions, blue eyes fixed on the screen. By now, her face had paled even more, and her nervousness was clear whenever the camera wasn't following Hershi aroudn the Arena. So far, he made it out of the Cornucopia bloodbath without notice. This eased her rbeathing a bit, but not her tension. "Hey, calm down. sweetheart," Cecil said, leaning forward to look at her. He had rainbow and black hair. Weird.

Anna tilted her head again, sitting down on the branch. She put two of her knives in her pockets, twirling one around, thinking. She quietly stuck it into the branch. "I'm good at climbing trees, knives, herbs..edible plants. I excel in speed and stamina, but not strength. I used to be from District 9, so I can hunt well...I know the basics of some helpful factory-ish techniques that would be useful in the Games." she said, smiling. "I already have some food with me that could last us a while though, I picked up some fruit and I think there's some food in the bag.." She finished, spotting the pendant the girl was wearing. She recognized it immediately not as just a regular fox. "A protection fox. Good choice." she complimented.

The boom of the cannon sounded for Daniel, and Anastasia couldn't help but look over. Hm..

[Aven]

I listened, nodding softly. "Okay..." I said slowly after she finished. "That's good." I eyed the bag for a moment, then glanced at the Cornucopia again. "Okay," I repeated, quietly climbing down a branch or two. "Do you have a sleeping bag and a rope or belt or something so you can strap yourself into the tree at night?"

"I do, but I won't need it." Anna said, eyes scanning Karen. "You don't have one..you can use mine if you'd like." she offered. She noticed Karen glancing at the Cornucopia. "I don't think they'll find us, this is a fairly good hiding spot and Careers aren't trained in climbing too well. Usually, anyway." she said, noting her worry. "Is something wrong?"

(LOL.)

(XD Gale...you're so sad that Grace didn't die XP I get so attached to my charries. I'm really sad when any of my charries die.)

"You sure you won't need it?" I asked her, glancing back at the Cornucopia right as she started talking about the Careers. I shrugged slightly, and Anna asked if something was wrong. I bit my lip slightly. "Nothing really. I just...left my partner there. I don't even know if he's still alive..."

(I'm going to miss Hershi... and Braden... Grant is such a terrible boyfriend, letting another man try to calm down Josslyn >:3 XD)
