Mo tucked it back in her pocket, not lighting one for herself, she was succesfully cutting down to around five a day. It wasn't because of any health scares or any particular reason other than the fact that she was, quite simply skint.

"Nah, not me, been steering clear of the little jerks, if I had more us I might start something, but they're sticking in groups tonight and I don't want to risk that," said Jesse, not caring he was showing complete weakness, his guards were down but he trusted Sophia, he was fine ina group but when alone he'd avoid the night creepers like the plague, besides, everyone knew night on the streets was their territory.

Maneuvering her way through the maze of alleyways that littered the sleeping city in an effort make it across town without having to confront any Night Creepers who might be lurking the streets at this hour, Addelyn seemed just as prepared for the little run-in as the boy who toppled to the ground alongside her as they both rounded the corner and straight into each other. Hitting the unforgiving pavement with a soft 'oof', Addelyn was quick to scramble back to her feet. It only took one look for the dark-haired girl to recognize this guy as a Night Creeper. " I - I.. sorry. " she stumbled on her words; her eyes drifting from the boy to the knife that had fallen from his pocket and now lay on the cement. Should she grab it? Would he grab it? More importantly, were there others nearby? And did they know she was here? - Her mind was plagued with questions as she fought against her desire to simply run away from the situation in fear that something much worse might be lying just beyond the alley: the rest of his gang.

Nick was blown away from his harsh fall, and all the air had been knocked out of him. He stood seconds after, and dusted off his white skinny jeans and lime green T-shirt. Looking up, only to notice this girl was a Day Trotter. He looked at the knife and picked it up, slowly, and pu it back in his belt loop. Hearing some other Night Creepers laughing, walking up the sidewalk, Nick sorta 'grabbed' the girl's arm and kind of shoved her behind the huge, green and rusted trash can. He waved at the other guys as they passed by, and when they turned the corner, Nick looked at Adalynn. "It's fine..-" He murmured, caramel sweet voice humming through the air.
