Halfface didn't notice Silverpaw for he could not feel anything. A tear rolled down his cheek as his eyes closed as he tried to rest. He was risking a chance to go to Starclan but he tried forcing himself to just sleep. He closed his mouth as dreams swallowed him and he saw many of the cats he knew.

Twistedheart growled, "Venom, you haven't failed me." She looked at Venom madly, "Your strong you fought with hope. I just wasn't strong enough. You should not have come to help me." She sighed, "You'll be alright."

Venom drew in a deep breath. "You're wrong. You're wrong Twistedheart. i have failed. I failed because there was no purpose. I was never mad at the clans. i never fought for revenge. I fought because i wanted to. We lost because they had something worth fighting for. I protected you because i never wanted to lose you. I am the loser." His eyes full of sadness as he layed his head back down. "I should have died."
