Swiftkit hopes to be leader one day, while Brightkit hopes to be a medicine cat and she wants to be called Brightheart, while Swiftkit wants to be called Swiftclaw.

Swiftkit has always been braver and stronger than his best friend, Brightkit. Brightkit has bragged that she has no fears, but she seems to flinch every time someone says 'dog.' Brightkit is the reincarnation of Brightheart (Of Frostfur's first litter.) And Swiftkit is the reincarnation of Swiftpaw. (Of Goldenflower's first litter.)

Both kits have long fur that is white, but Swiftkit has black splotches and Brightkit has ginger splotches.

Swiftkit lay sleepily under a burnt rowan tree that had been struck and set on fire by lightning, laying by him, was a beautiful little she-kit, Brightkit. He closed his eyes, slowly falling asleep, when a dark, luminous creature stepped in front of them. It was a female fox. "Tillie! Leave us alone! We don't have anymore prey for you!" Swiftkit bounced up and tried to hiss, but all that came out was a little 'mew.'. "Then... I'm going to have to kill you..." The fox apparently named Tillie smirked, and her shadow took another step closer to the trembling kit...
