"Where is everyone?" Alura had whispered. Her village seemed charred. This wasn't right. It was spring, but not a chirp or rustle from animals were heard. here." He murmured back. He scanned the sky on instinct and then turned his eyes back down. Terminating the conversation, He walked between Mori and Jun and flicked his wrist blade out, intent on reaching Ezio without quarrel. After slipping past the group of three gathered there he reached Shadeem and jumped effortlessly onto the arabian's back. Shadeem snorted with apparent ease.

Ezio grinned. "I bestowed my punishment on myself Alura." He replied simply, looking towards the treeline. He knew Altair was coming, he wasn't exactly going about it quietly, not that he could, unless he decided to take to the trees. Realizing a question had been asked, he turned, his hazel eyes narrowing slightly. The snow was starting up again, and Ezio was already bored of the puffy white flakes.
"We aren't expecting to stay long, certainly not like last ti--" He cut himself off and stood still for a few moments, shutting his eyes and opening them to his eagle vision. He trusted his instincts, but just had to make sure . . . .Now where was Altiar? As soon as he thought the words, a blue shape flickered, signaling that it was his friend.
"We have a mission to attend to. As it turns out, we need to . . . tag along for the time being. " He finished as Altair leapt onto Shadeem beside him.
