HamstermadHammy, just put the winner how you put the species on the front page, put a title with "Hamster of the month" or whatever and then post the picture! It's very easy, it's important to post all the entries as well on the front page when is time to vote, so people don't need to search for them.


I thought tan was brown, sorry.
When people use the term of gray they are usually trying to say it is a Dove,
If the mother is really a Dove, then she is a carrier of Black and Cinnamon.
It would be easier if you had photos, yes, if you are still interested, since you will not use her anymore.

Competion time!
Ok, guys listen up! Each month we will have a HAMSTER OF THE MONTH, the competition for May will start on SATURDAY 5TH MAY 2012 and finish on SATURDAY 26TH MAY 2012. Then, the story competition will start on TUESDAY 1ST OF MAY 2012 and will finish on TUESDAY 22ND OF MAY 2012 The winner will be decided on via a poll on the front page, and the winner can have one of my pets I will PM you the details(the winner). Does anyone mind have 2 competitions a month? The story should rather short, and I will probably post the result either the day that the competition ends, or the day after(I have school so as my parents say "no computer, homework first!"!), ok! The story can be either fiction or non-fiction! Any one with any questions either Pm me, or post here, ok!
*When Im on school holiday, the competetions will start on the first day of each month and finish about a week before the end of the month-but the next holiday is a while away so these dates will proably stay as they are, any one with any suggestions Pm me or post here ok!*

I don't mind having two contests per month, I can't really enter on the story one, english is just my 5th language. =/

Thats when the competition starts for may(We probably wont have one for april, but if you want one for april, we can!), the competition for may ends on 26th may, but they're the dates for hamster of the month, the story writing starts on Tuesday 1st may, and finishes on 22nd of may.
If anyone has any other suggestions for competitions, I'll write them down in a notebook, and then use them!

I've had hamsters for the majority of my life. I got my first hamster when I was 4. I'm in high school now. I had the best syrian hamster named Harry. He was all brown and so nice.
I also had another white syrian with a brown head and brown patches named Marshmellow. After Marshmellow I got another long-haired brown syrian named Peanut. Then, I had trouble finding syrian hamsters so I switched to owning dwarf hamsters. My first dwarf was Tina, then I got Tibbles. Now I have Minka.
