OK, I'm not a mod either, but guys c'mon! Customs are not being made, and the pre-made forms must be posted in the adoptable cat's page! If there isn't an adoptable cat, you can't post a form and expect to get a cat.

Maybe it's because most people either 1. have better things to do/worry about, or 2. they got so sick of people not listening and constantly sending in customs that they closed.
