It wont work for me i can only colour the backround D:

You have to Click on the Layer that you want to color.

I would love to color this, but since there are so many layers, I don't know how to color it so that it dosn't color over the lines. I need help!

You have to click on the layer called Base color and alpha lock it by checking the little box
when your ready to move onto the tail click on longtailcolor layer
