Wesley watched, curiously as Eli ran around crazily, showering and getting changed. She didn’t say anything as she turned her eyes back to the T.V. finding that show also very boring. She sighed coughing a little, her temperature still very high. Wesley groaned a little laying back down and covering herself with the blankets again, shivers plaguing her. She looked at the clothes, adjusting them when they twisted from being so big on her.

((Don't worry. Sorry for the short posts, i'm kind of at school each time I post and I have to be very careful not to get caught))

"Oh my god! I am so sorry. I almost forgot that you were here. Okay so I did. By complete accident. You see, my sister is coming over. She's five. And I almost forgot. I have to go with my parents to church. I am not religious but they think I should go to prove that I am an adult and can handle being on my own. It also allows my sister to come over so I do it for her, otherwise I wouldn't go along with it. So a, yeah I have to go. Umm just make yourself at home and I'll be home around two thirty. They also suggest I go out to eat with them afterwords. See I love my sister and I'll do anything for her. I would not be doing any of this if it wasn't. I can get you anything you need. I can make you tea or something if you want. Or I can stop by the store before I come back and grab you anything you need." Eli barely breathed as he rambled on in a fast jumble of words. His eyes kept checking the clock. He was tying a tie around his neck but was failing miserably with trying to tell Wesley what was going on and thinking about his father's look if he was late.

Wesley listened to Eli talk so fast. She smiled to herself as she thought. "Don't worry about it. Go ahead, I'll be fine," she said. She didn't want him to be dropping his usual things for her. Actually, she usually went to church, but she was always in the back. She loved going to church. It made her feel good and she was always welcomed. Wesley yawned a little turning the channel again. She didn't usually watch T.V., but since it was there and she was there, she just decided to watch it.

Eli nodded to Wesley then headed out of the appartment. He caught the bus in time and sat in an empty seat. He fixed his knotted tie so it was done properly. He saw his parents and sister standing in the parking lot by their car and waited as the bus stopped. He could barely wait for the other church goers to exit the bus before he walked briskly over to his five year old sister. He knelt down and gave her a big hug. He greeted his parents and they made small talk to be polite waiting to go into the church. When they got in Eli sat in the pew waiting for the sermon to start. Lizzie wasn't there because she was in sunday school. He sighed as he listened to his parents talk to the other people around them. The sermon started and he stared straight ahead waiting for it to end so he could see his sister.

Lizzie and Eli sat in the back of their parents' car. They were in a huge rock, paper, scissors match as they pulled into the restaurant parking lot. Eli helped his sister color her paper mat as they waited for their orders to be taken and for their food to arrive. Eli only responded to his parents' questions when they directly asked him. His answers were short and simple. When their luch arrived, Lizzie and Eli were playing tic-tac-toe on the back of her place mat. He had let her win ever time but she didn't know it.

Eli's parents dropped them off at his appartment. His sister was wearing a kitty back pack over her church dress and he was holding another bag in his hand. They watched their parents drive away then mad dashed up the stairs to his appartment. Lizzie beat him to the door and waited for him to open it.

During the day, Wesley had written him a note and left. She didn't want to intrude more than she already had and she felt bad that he did so much for her. Wesley sighed as she walked towards her shack. She coughed, still sick, but didn't pay attention to it. She looked at the shirt and sweats she was in. Wesley made a mental note to wash them and return them to Eli. She glanced around, opening her door to her shack and walking in. Everything was soaked, but she didn't pay attention to it.

Lizzie marched into the appartment and dropped her backpack in the middle of the living room floor. She skipped to the balcony and smelled the flowers. Eli walked in behind her and noticed a blanket was folded over the back of the couch and he peeked into his bedroom and saw a pile of blankets folded on his bed. He watched from the kitchen as his younger sister walked out to check the blooms. He looked down by his hands which were on the counter and saw a note. He quickly picked it up and read through it three times. Lizzie danced into the kitchen and stood next to Eli. "May I have a snack?" She asked in her soft five year old voice. Her eyes were shinning bright. "Sure," His response was slightly delayed. "How about oreos and milk?" As he made the suggestion, he reached into the cabinet and pulled out two glasses. His sister was sitting at the kitchen table when he sat in the chair next to her, placing glasses of milk in front of them and a plate of cookies between them. They both grabbed a cookie and dunked it in the milk. There was a moment of silence as they ate which was broken by them starting to laugh at the same time. They giggled for almost over five minutes in which time they continued to eat the oreos.

Wesley picked up her blankets and took them outside to hang up so they would dry. Her eyes scanned around her surroundings as she took everything out of her shack and placed them in the sun. Wesley coughed covering it with a hand as she finished making sure everything was in the sun. She bit at her lip before sitting down in the grass and layed down. Wesley sighed glancing around, wondering what to do now. She'd have to wait for everythign to dry before she put it back in the shack. Wesley was kind of afraid to stay out by herself, especially since she saw those guys out, but she didn't move.

"So what’s on our agenda?” Eli asked his little sister. “Umm. May we go to the park? Please?” “And what will we be doing there?” He replied. “Oh umm. How about pet the doggies and, and maybe go to the river?” She said in a rush of excitement as she thought of the possibilities. She looked up at Eli. Her face was lit up. She could barely contain herself. “Sure. As long as you don’t get too close to the river and you ask the doggies’ owners if you may pet them.” She started jumping up and down, her dress flowing with the movement. “But first,” She let out a whimper. “Oh hush you. We should change into play clothes so we won’t ruin our church clothes. That work for you?” She nodded and ran to her bag grabbing her favorite blue colored pants and her favorite green shirt that had a cartoon dog on it. Eli pulled her sneakers out along with a pair of socks. “Okay you can get dressed out here and I’ll be right back.”

Sam and Tilly ran through the park, looking for some food and old blankets that were dry. Tilly walked ahead of Sam, seeing what all she could find, while Sam stayed in the back, sniffing everything. "Tilly, I haven't found anything. We may just have to steal some stuff," Sam said coming up along side Tilly.

Tilly looked over at the dog and shook her head. "No, we can't steal. That's bad and Wesley would get mad. Look, you go back to her and I will keep looking. Meet me back here with her," she said before running off, searching still. Sam nodded running to go get Wesley.
