...........................∂aмιen ѕтave. ............... He had stopped when Cordell had asked him to wait, and wondered why exactly he was here, surely Cordell could've walked around stopping and starting by himself? While Damien could've continued sleeping soundly on his desk. He blinked when he saw the lion, and had to take a second look to check he'd seen it properly. As five more lions appeared around him and Cordell, blocking the exits, Damien began to doubt they were real. Unless there were five escaped lions from a nearby zoo, these lions were magically made. Probably work of demons. Then he got his answer to his earlier thoughts about why Cordell had made him come along in the first place. It seemed the person who could turn themselves to stone, needed a human shield. "I am not walking over there and checking to see if a lion is real. Simply because, if it is real, I'd loose my arm. Unless you've forgotten which family you come from, perhaps you should walk around poking lions. I personally would prefer not to have an early death."

...........................caѕтaneт alazne...............Castanet had had enough of listening to Esme, and had taken to miming out what Esme was saying on the other end of the phone line. She could only stand demon hunters who didn't act like they knew everything, which explained why she and Trinity got on so well. When Esme had finished, Casta dunked the phone into the glass of water that was on her desk. The last time she'd used her phone she'd been blasting magic at a troll with it, so the druid magic still trapped within the electronics sent a trickle of water pouring out of Esme's phone. As the phone disconnected and went to the dial tone, Castanet realized that destroying her phone had probably been a bad idea since she didn't have the powers to dry it out. With a shrug she knocked it into the bin next to her desk and picked up Trinity's phone from where it had been abandoned on the desk.
