"Hmm... I'll start with hunting." Nightpaw told him

Blazeheart nods and starts for the forest, purring.

Nightpaw follows close behind trying to keep up. She purrs back.

Blazeheart looks around and sees a mouse. "Go after that and let me see what you already know." He says

[*kitteh-luv*]

Nightpaw was a bit nervous but crouched down and walked as quietly as she could. She didn't notice that her tail was sticking up. The mouse saw her because of that and ran away before she could pounce, "How did it hear me? I was so quiet!" Nightpaw said in frustration.

[haadez_]

"It didn't hear you." He walks up and pokes her tail. "It saw that, Try going after that mouse over their with your whole body slithering on the ground, like a snake." Blazeheart tells her putting her tail down.

[*kitteh-luv*]

"A snake..." Nightpaw repeated. She then crouched down low to the ground, remembering her tail this time, and 'slithered' closer and closer to the mouse. Nightpaw was a bit far from the mouse but pounce. The mouse saw and started to scurry. Nightpaw was able to get on the ground and swiftly jump again this time her paw landed on it's tail. She bit by it's neck and killed it, "Yay! My first piece of prey." She said proudly.

Blazeheart walks over. "That was good, next time wait till your closer to pounce so you don't have to pounce again and risk losing the prey." he suggests,

"Oohh, That's why I had to chase it....." Nightpaw realized.

Blazeheart laughs. "That was still a nice catch." He says. "Let's get back to camp."
