No message, not COPPAd, almost none of the pets they're offering is on my wishlist.
Seeing as they are new I'm going to politely explain what's wrong and attach a link to the Rares list to my cancel message, but what upset me a little is that the newbie in question clearly didn't even try to be reasonable.

when you send someone a prize offer and they pick the pets you got as gifts or paid with eggs, then you change them and explain and they then get angry and whinge and be fussy
