Things have happened. Horrible, nightmarish things that will now haunt you the rest of your natural life.

Notice we say natural.

Your life now depends on your ability to survive. You thank -- whoever is out there guiding you -- that this physcotic government gave you a genetically enhanced body, to fend for ourselves after the Earth was ravaged by brain dead humans.

You see, out in some sorry little desert, scary things were... (shall we say) being experimented with. Nobody knew about it until it was too late. Poor little Salt Lake City, Utah. They were the first ones hit.

That's where you are now.

These creatures became quickly associated with Hollywood's horrific half alive - half dead zombies.

They're called the Diseased.

The only way to contract this awful disease is to either be bitten, scratched and had their saliva reach it's way though your cut, or given a shot with the disease inside. It takes a full 48 hours for you to die and turn into a Diseased. During this process, your body rejects the Disease in the most painful way possible. Strokes, heart attacks, cancerous tumors, and much more ravage your body in those painful last 2 days.

The only way to kill them is by either cutting off their head, or sending a bullet through it.

The Diseased's first instinct is to spread, and then eat. If you're lucky, It will kill you first, and you won't be in pain your few final hours. If you're not, you loose all recollection of your former self, and go on a bloody rampage, killing everything in sight.

Every day is an endless struggle, but you're not alone. Many are like you. Many have lost their entire family to the disease. Many are genetically enhanced. Many are half animal. We will help.

Don't fret dear child. You can still survive.

This means at least 4-7 sentances per post. I want to keep this going as long as possible. Don't worry. It won't be too difficult. I'll be having polls regularly on what we should do next.

• Please, please, please enjoy yourself!

• No being rude OCC {out of character}
Don't make fun of people and call them stupid names.


• I don't put personality or history in the forms.
I don't think we should do that. It's hard to say, My character is shy and then have your Charrie be the boldest one on the RP. If you're that desperate though, put it in the other category.

• Use my form, not your own.
Self explanatory. Use mine, or I won't accept you. I made it for a reason.

• Swearing
If you decide to swear, (I do) just blot it out or put characters in their place.

Ex: $&!+ or ****

• Pictures
Only realistic. Anime is ok but try not to use it. If you do use anime, please don't have any 7 ft. long hair or wings and claws. That's just annoying. Many people like to get a realistic view of the characters we're RP-ing with.

• Posting
I like reading organized posts. We all do. I don't particularly mind song lyrics, but all I ask is that somewhere at the top of your post, you say your charrie's name, an enter or two, and then your normal post. Another thing. Don't be afraid of the enter/return key. It's there for a reason. When starting a new quote, please either put it on a different line, change the the font, bold it, AND put quotation marks around it.

• Forms
I have problems filling out forms, personally, so I decided to help you too, if you have problems with that. Simple one word answers on all of them, but amazing and pretty replies! (< ----Please!) I don't mind if you change the color of the words, just don't change the layout.

• Gore
Yes, I know. Limitations on the blood and guts. I just want to say again, that this is a family website and we certainly don't want this RP getting shut down. That would be horrible, right? All I ask is to not go into disgusting details. I'm fine with I hit its arm with the butt of my sword and knocked its arm out of its socket. It sat atop its shoulders at a strange, yet painful angle. or I felt the warmth of my own blood pouring from my (insert ligiment here). I knew I needed to get out of there before I'm chased down and turned.

• Weapons
I will be sending you a PM with what your character has inside his or her favorite color backpack. Don't worry, I'll keep it pretty fair!

• Hybrid Animals
If you see one animal already taken, please try not to use it twice. Sure, I don't mind if it's used two or three, but eight times for one animal? Pretty boring, don't you think?
