What's blacklisting?
Why is it reportable? (they aren't my rules... I'm just wondering!)

It's when you have a list of users in your trade rules that you don't like for whatever reason. It's considered harassment, and, therefore, is reportable.

After the introduction of how foes work on CS,
aka people on your foe list can't even send you trades- there wasn't even a need for blacklists anymore.

So they're against the rules. :3

Somehow, that doesn't make sense to me. I don't support blacklisting or anything, but why does it matter what we put in our rules whether there is a new feature or not? O_o

I recall the announcement about the function where anyone you add as a Foe can't send you trades;
Blacklists were also banned- so I mean to say that was the reason Blacklists are banned.

There isn't a need for one anymore in the first place. (^ ^")
