Sort of hard to explain ,but I'll try ^^. For the rainbow-ish lighting effect what I did was: make a new layer, color a rainbow over the whole picture, changed the 'normal' setting to 'add', lowered the opacity, and voila! Sorry I failed at explaining this '^^.
