Joelle jumped slightly at the voice, eying the girl briefly before turning back to Leon. "Would a police car really be that much shelter?" she asked, tilting her head slightly.

I clenched my fists slightly, but stayed silent.

I frowned at him. He was completely ignoring me! I clenched my fists slightly and glowered at the other girl, then walked away.

(lulz she's got issues.)

Joelle shrugged, following after Leon to the car. "Are you sure just an old car will do?" she questioned, patting Archer's head. The dog was whining but the girl didn't know why. Turning to the right, she noticed Archer was being tempted by a walker looking off of a reflection of a broken window. "Go get 'er," Joelle encouraged, letting go of the dog's collar and letting it chomp on the corpse until it was dead before prancing back to them.

I stormed back inside the building and walked up the flights of stairs until I got to the roof. I walked out to the edge of the roof and sat down, the wind gently pulling at my hair. I stared down at my hands and swallowed.

Joelle felt her heard throb uncomfortably, almost, as she sprinted to catch up with Leon. Archer was close behind, panting as she looked around for any close zombies to take out.

I looked down at the hoard of zombies hobbling after Leon, and I stood, going to go help, then sat back down again after a slight hesitation. He could deal with the zombies himself. I bit my lip and looked down at my hands again.
