Venn stopped digging and lifted her head, she yipped to Meek. She padded towards Aeq, her ears back and her throat sore from thirst. She glanced at Meek who had appeared beside her, she looked at him slowly. Meek stood, His fur covered in sand and his nose completely dry, she frowned at him before looking at Aeq.

"This drought was been taking its toll on us. Food has grown scarce. The little we can catch is quickly spoiled, or it is stolen by Hyenas," he took a slow step forward, "We should not be forced to put up with this!"

Venn sighed, "We understand that, but us against a Hyena, the whole of us against one would be a fail." She mumbled as she thought about it, a Hyena's size compared to their own. Meek coughed as he looked at her, "If you are going to say that, keep it to yourself. No need to be so negative." He barked. She gave him a look, "Or we could simply move." Venn said before looking at her paws, she shook some sand from her fur.

Nerissa shook her head and looked at Aeq."How will we Survive?!"She asked,her voice quivering with worry,She had just built her den but it had already collapsed.Her ears were pinned back against her head as she scratched the ground with her paws nervously.She looked up at him,trying to hide the look of great love in her chestnut brown eyes.She turned to Venn."Moving would probably make it worse."She said as calmly as she could,what she didn't know is she was expecting kits but she had a mate a while ago but he was killed by hyena while hunting and she was a week into her pregnancy.

||Fera is a smaller Fennec Fox, but that doesn't keep her from being bossy. She can be usually quiet or shy. Especially when she first meets someone new. Other than that, her temper is mellow, and she can be really fun to enjoy and hang-out with. Though she doesn't usually express her emotions by face, she's usually quite happy.||

||Fera can be very shy, bossy, or quiet sometimes. She's a real clumsy fox, and often finds herself tripping and making noise.||

||Strive is the much more quiet kind of guy. He is very relaxed and thinks thing through before making a decision. He is the leader of his friends, and he is very soft-hearted. He loves to show his emotions through his face. He is very patient, and enjoys the good in life. On the bad side, he can easily get jealous. He gets a bit annoyed, especially when Ash is around, but he can hold through. He also has a hard time trusting others.||

Physical quirks:

||Strive gets easily jealous. He can get really agitated, especially with Ash, and he has a hard time trusting others.||

Skylar looked up at Aeq. She shook her head. The hyenas where very big against a fennec. But Aeq was right! They shoud not have to put up with this

Aeq gave an impatient sigh. "Yes, yes, even a kit would know that we can't take on a Hyena. And we cannot move. The little water we can get comes from the plants here, even though there aren't many. If we leave them, how will we find water? Where would we go?" he shook his head angrily, "It is impossible. We need a better idea."

Nerissa turned back to Aeq.She pricked her ears up and looked at him,concerned."Why don't we try and save up the water or feed on the small lizards or something?"She asked nervously,wondering what he would think of her idea.She blinked slowly and sniffed before she licked her chest and scented a faint milky scent in her fur.She shook her head and looked up,shrugging slightly.

"Wouldn't you prefer to die with a mission to get some where. Rather than to die without an ambition? I personally would prefer to move on and die with an ambition to get somewhere new and lush instead of stay here." Venn mumbled, "I doubt that make sense though." She sighed, Meek frowned, "You would prefer to die with something in mind, something to aspire. Not to die, a worthless death without meaning." He tilted his head not getting it himself. "Moving at night would make no difference." Meek yipped as he looked at Venn, "So you can rule out dying with something to aspire, think of something else." He got up and paced, he couldn't think sat down. "Maybe, no that wouldn't work. Cacti have water and juices in, get past spikes, no. I'm not trekking around looking for a Cactus." He mumbled to himself quietly. "Maybe, dig. There could be water beneath dried mud. If it's near an old water hole."

Like at a beach, ages after a tide goes in you can go further up the beach and dig really deep and at the bottom would be a bit of water. My brother experimented with it a while back, not sure whether he was right or not. I was lazing on the rocks. I doubt he is right though. But in a desert, I doubt it's the same so just a thought of mine, eh.}
