OMG New Lineart?!!

I'm not sure which are the ponies and which are the horses but I love both. The rainbow maned/black ones definitely look more cute and cuddly like the CS Dogs. I can't wait to see how they turn out as they grow up. We'll all be glued to ChickenSmoothie more than usually even this next month until they all grow up.

I don't think the old linearts will change, personally. That would be a LOT to recolor. I like the new linearts, and the old ones too!

Also, some rainbow mane owners would be kinda pissed.
I think I'm okay with the new art...it's not as good in my opinion, but I'll get used to it and I still have hope that the new grown horses will be beautiful. All I wish is for the old horses to stay the way they are.

Though actually I wouldn't mind seeing new grown pony lineart (unlikely seeing the gummi ponies) as I'm not too fond of the current one, especially because the eyes are covered.

Well personally I'm excited. I don't really like the old ponies. In fact there's only one stage I did enjoy and that was baby (not newborn). I like these newborns a LOT more. The horses I like but wasn't just crazy for. So I'll probably like these too. New linearts can be lots of fun, and these are off to a good start.

Are the grown versions going to be different too? Will they look more like this style? Because...I love the old horse lineart, I think it is so beautiful. And the foal lineart was good, it looked professional at least...I don't mean this to be an insult because obviously you're very talented and did both anyway (lol) but the new one looks so amateurish compared to the old. I'm just not a fan of the new aesthetic...

But! I like the pony lineart! It is cute. I still think the old one looks cleaner and more "professional", but these are cute and they at least look alive. XD What is going to happen to the old linearts? What about the roadkill PPS?

Bingo! Right on the nose, Moonflight! If these look less realistic and more cartoony, it's because that's the CS style, and I wanted my adoptables to fit in more with Tess' style, just like you said.

Also, I will add an FAQ section to the first post, because there are already some recurring questions.

Ok, so not only do I absolutely adore the new lineart, but while adopting tonight (while was spazzing over the new lineart) A very familiar yet rare sight popped up with my adopted pets. My very first, and probably last XD, zebra.

I think the one trying to stand is pony...the head shape matches more closely. The sleeping one seems to be horse. Wonder what the drafts will look like, although they're the more cartoony existing horses. X3
