It was a cold autumn afternoon. You were walking home, passing the old victorian house as you went. A shiver crawled up your spine, something that always happened when you went past the spooky building.

"Ring a ring o' rosies..."

A small, eerie voice echoed around you as you walked past, leading you closer to the old, apparently abandoned mansion. You kept telling yourself that it must just be your imgination, but something in the back of your mind warned you its all happening. Who would be in there? The rusty old wooden gate screetched as you pushed it open, walking into the dead garden.

"A pocket full of posies..."

There it was again. You span on the spot, searching for the owner of the voice. Your eyes finally rested on a small girl sitting on a rotten old bench, no older than eight, her head bowed downwards over her clasped hands. Her white-blonde hair fell in perfect curls around her face, her colourless dress simple, yet extravegant at the same time.
"Hello?" You said shakily before you could stop yourself.

Her hand flew up to her face, one finger pressed against her ashen lips as her face looked up to you, eyes black and hard.
"Hush! Hush! Hush!"

You screamed, darting backwards. But darkness had surrounded you, the last thing you heard was the voice of the girl.

"And they all fell down..."

You are held captive in the house, where nobody can hear your screams. This house is full of ghosts.
Sad ones.
Sympathetic ones.
Murderous ones.

They have stolen four boys and four girls to entertain them, aged anywhere between twelve and eighteen, playing with them like a cat with a mouse before eating them alive. You are one of these children. Your only hope is to dodge all of their attacks. There are traps everywhere, with daggers and knives that spring out from the walls, motion sensors, trap doors. You name it, they got it. Don't trust anyone, they could kill you for a better chance to get out.
Oh, and one more thing.

Watch your step.

2: Yes, this is a horror RP, but don't go overboard on the gore. We don't want somebody accidently clicking on the wrong thing and getting a facefull of blood, m'kay?
3: I can deny or accept your forum. This WILL be semi-lit+, which means I expect everyone to write at least four decent sentances. No "Jenny said hi." Sorry, but they just really annoy me. I understand WB, but not all the time.
4: Yes, you will have to let your charries die at some point. They are not super human, and they can't dodge every attack.

fαq

Question no 1: Can I have a gothic character?
Yes, you can have any type of character you like as long as they're not sucicidal. Otherwise that'd kinda ruin the whole plot of the RP.

Question 2: Can I have anime pictures or do they have to be real?
I personally prefer real pictures, but if you find an anime picture you really like, go ahead and use it ^^

Question 3: Can I use famous people as my charries?
It depends. If its somebody like Kiera Knightly, no. A lot of people know about her, and she's not in the age range. You can use a remotely famous person's picture or name as long as you make sure they're average people in the RP.

Question 4: What happens if my character(s) die?
If your characters or character dies, but you want to continue in the RP, then tell me. I can make them turn into a ghost, and you can continue in the RP. But your character(s) would have to be angry, not nice and helpful. They would have just been murdered, after all.

Question 5: Can my character work for the Ghosts and be evil?
Yes, they can be evil, but they can't work for the Ghosts. Becuase, in my mind, the Ghosts would rip you to shreads and torture you to turn you into a ghost. But your charrie can kill off other players.

Tyler is around 5'9ft tall, with the average weight of 130lbs. Her skin has a honeyed kind of glow about it, due to her family, which is half greek and half english. Bryn has a lot of curves, even for her age, but wonders if thats a bad or good thing. Her hair is fairly thick, and is dark blonde, but has different shades of blonde streaking through it, many of which are honey coloured and light blonde. Her eyes are almond-shaped, and are a piercing green colour, with flecks of gold and amber. Everyone says they are her special features.

||Personality||
Tyler is a girl with four different sides of her; Calm, Angry, Shy and, what she calls, 'In her bubble'.

Lets start with number one: Calm. When Tyler is like this, she is normally smiling. Its one of those very rare times in life when you could actually tack to her without her freaking out. If you ever wanted to go out with her, that would be the best time to ask. Its like she's a whole new person, and an incredibly sweet one at that. She would never hurt somebody intentionally.

Next is Anger. Never try to talk to her when she's like this, it will only end in tears, often hers. When this happens, her anger consumes her, and Tyler often lashes out with harsh words, but never attacks people physically apart from in serious cases. She always wants to take whatever she said back though immediately afterwards, but probably on't apologize until days later. But this only happens, like, twice a year.

After that is Shy. This is what Bryn's like most of the time. When she's being shy, she would jump at almost anything, and probably won't talk after. This is because everyone she's ever met always laughs at her afterwards, which effects her hugely. Bryn considers herself a completely awkward, backward kind of girl, and anything like somebody laughing or smirking at her damages her self-esteem considerably. But once you get past that, you'll see just how nice and sweet she is.

And last is when she's in 'The Bubble'. This only happens when Bryn is intensely happy, which isn't often, or when she is in the middle of some sort of art or music thing. For example, if Tyler sat down on a park bench and then saw something particularly interesting, she would immediately take out her sketchpad and a pencil and draw manically, and would go into her bubble, where nothing can break her out of her trance unless they touch her. Or maybe when she's singing to herself in her room, Bryn would be totally unaware of anyone else in the room until they laugh or comment about it.

And her normal self, as in what she is when she's with somebody who she truly feels comfortable with. Bryn is naturally intelligent, and spends a lot of time talking about books. She'll often play with her hair, turning it into a plait over and over again.

Libra is a serious and imaginative girl. She speaks mostly using a wide vocabulary of clever words and takes it to a whole new level of 'smart mouthing'. She never holds anything back, if something is bothering her, everyone must know right away. Her mother was a lawyer and could make a contract air-tight. Luckily, this was passed to Libra and she now, dreams of being a lawyer. Anything you say to her can be used against you in a situation that is quite dire. In... well... relationships with boys, she is a true flirt. She laughs a lot, talks about their lives instead of hers for she isn't very proud of her past. She has never landed a proper boyfriend but has many friends that are boys.

Overachieving is the best way to describe it. Her mother wanted her to be a lawyer. Her father wanted her to be a doctor. Libra didn't really know exactly what she wanted to be but she knew she needed to do something to help people. Going through school, she was picked on and tormented, for she was that one girl that had the indescribable face and the big glasses. That all changed when she moved away for 3 years and came back. She looked totally different and all the guys wanted to go out with her. She simply told them no, because they were the ones who used to hate her.
