Kahri smiled happily and paused, then leaned up and kissed him lightly. It felt different, obviously, but yet the same. It was a hard thing to describe.

Andrew sighed in relief, if it hadn't been his, he would still have loyally stayed with her. But it felt a heck of a lot better knowing the baby was his own. That he could be called a father, and mean it. Andy shook his head sadly, wondering how a child was supposed to grow up with a dad who could hardly wrap his arms around. How cruel the world was. To take a husband from his wife, and father from his child. Andrew touched her tears, wanting to wipe them away.

James couldn't take it anymore. He needed to be with her. Now. James focused his spiritual power to the core, transporting his phantom image through space and time. Eventually arriving in the passenger seat next to Carsyn, his lovely wife. Who continued to cry herself to sleep every night, whose pretty face smeared with mascara whenever she thought about him. The one who stole his heart. James cocked his head to the side, kicking his feet against the dash board. She couldn't visibly see him right now, but could probably sense something weird happening around her."Hey.." James whispered so softly, it was like a fragile leaf in the wind.

Spencer kissed back. "Let everyone know." He told her. "I'll be back, in a little while." He disapeared, and was suddenly just watching over her.

Mariah looked at him. She stood up and shut the door. "I have to get ready for a meeting.. But will you come with me? Some how?" She walked up to him, and put her hand on his chest.

Kahri nodded slightly, her smile fading a little bit when he began to. "Wait! Stay-" But it was too late. He was already gone, vanished as quickly as he'd come. She was beginning to believe that she'd imagined it, but the taste of him still lingered on her lips. Was she honestly insane? Certainly it was true; this was far too amazing to be a simple dream. Suddenly she remembered the meeting and gasped. She was the head of it, she had to be there early! Kahri mentally cursed at herself and stripped down, then changed into some jeans and a new t-shirt. Still shocked at the recent turn of events, Kahri headed outside to the car and drove down to the highschool, where the group was to be held. Why the highschool? It was the only place that would allow the group in on a budget. Chewing her lip lightly and praying everything would go well, Kahri slowly entered the building and began to set everything up.

After a few more minutes of doing nothing, she extended her hand out to turn on the radio, but stopped abruptly. Something felt strange; the air was tense. To Carsyn, anyways. Looking over at the passengers seat, she frowned slightly, a bit irked that she couldn't place what was so off at the moment. As a soft, almost frail sounding "Hey" reached her ears, and she held her breath, listening for more to come. But, nothing did. Had that been... Had that been James' voice? No, it couldn't have been. She was just imagining it. Or, was she? Slowly releasing her breath, she sat there, staring at the seat next to her.

Andrew's eyes fluttered shut, as her hand pressed against him. For a moment, he felt human, as if he still had a pulsing, beating, breathing heart in his chest. But it was impossible, he knew. Andy couldn't figure why he felt more alive then he ever had around her. "It's not like I have anything better to do." He joked wearily, his smile filled with sadness. Andrew wished he could smile like he used to, full of gushing joy, and not having a care in the world. All things changed with time."Besides.." He held her hand in a gentle grasp,"I wouldn't miss it for the world." Andy kissed her skin, or something close to it. Using the same alluring charm he used on the day he proposed to her. What a magical day that had been.

James felt her light brown eyes flicker over in his direction. He grinned casually, winking at her, knowing she couldn't see him made it all the more humorous to watch. Especially that puzzled expression, which was adorable, he noted. James could gaze at her face for eternity, and with the amount of free time he now had on hand, that was a possibility. If only she could truly see him, but James didn't have the courage or the will power to announce his presence just yet. Something told him that this wasn't the right time, not while she was driving. James couldn't be sure how she'd react to the news that her murdered husband has rose from the grave to haunt her. That can be a mighty shock to any respectively sane figure.

Returning her gaze to the ignition, she turned the keys, her truck rattling to a start. Backing out of the parking lot slowly, and pulling into the street, she shook herself mentally. Sure, life had been very, very hard without James, but would she go insane over it? Possibly so. The thought of him made a small smile curl onto her lips, although tears were threatening to slide down her cheeks at a time. Blinking them away quickly, she forced the thoughts about her dead husband away, focusing on getting to the high school. When she arrived, that's when she would think about James. But not now. Glancing around, she pulled into the school parking lot, letting the truck run for a minute before shutting it off.
