Rabbitkit curled her tail around her paws and looked up at Oakcloud with gried in her eyes. "That's terrible!" she gasped. "Is Featherpaw up in StarClan now?" Rabbitkit asked, looking upwards at the stars that dotted the sky.

Oakcloud l nodded and icked Hawkkit's head."She's in Starclan, but one day, she might come back," she told him.

Moonleaf stared outside the den and looked at Silverpelt. "She's in Starclan, right." Moonleaf cuddled Hawkkit closely.

"I don't wanna join StarryClan; i wanna be with Rabbitkit.' Hawkkit cried out. "Can we hear a happier story?"

"Err, do you have any happy stories Oakcloud?" Moonleaf urgently whispered to her.

Secretpaw meowed,and padded off to the apprentices' den.She went o her nest,sighing.

Rabbitkit purred. "You're so nice, Hawkkit," she mewed. "Yeah, a happy story would be nice." Rabbitkit grinned.

JaggerClaw still stood outside the warrior's den. She listened to the kits play.
