Great job, really cute! I draw with a mouse too, I kinda get frustrated with it sometimes though XD

Are there any other tools you can draw with besides a mouse because I'm new on oekaki and I cant really make good lines yet

You can use a drawing tablet... but you have to buy them... im saving up for one!!
