You are wandering alone in the forest, the night is young and the silver moon shines high. The stilling darkness surrounds you, not even the stars sing tonight. All is quiet, silence being the only tongue spoken. You stop, and realize how eerily quiet it really is. Not even the crickets chirp. You prick your ears listening intently for anything, just to calm your fears. Turning suddenly, you hear a soft rustling in the bush beside you, the leaves looking like fangs and eyes. You widen your eyes as you hear a low, threatening growl, seeing that the fangs and eyes weren't the bush but a wolf ready to attack you.
"Only the children of the moon are welcome here."
Those are the last words you hear, before everything turns black...

~History~
Calypso began life in a small pack on the cliffs. As she grew up, she grew up to be a warm, fun loving fae who loved life, and loved help others. She never turned her back on anyone, ever. One day as she drank from a small river on the border between her pack, and the neighboring pack, she noticed a seriosuly injured brute, bleeding into the stream. Calypso hurried to the other side, desperate to heal him. She took care of him; fed him, tended his wounds, gave him water, helped him in every way possible. Finally he had been healed completely, and Calypso had fallen inllove with the brute. The brute later became Alpha of his pack, and he asked Calypso to be his mate, and she answered yes. Her parents and her Alphas approved, hoping to end the rivalry between the two packs. As time went on however, she realized what a terrible wolf he was. He hurt her and made her run around and do all of the work the pack was supposed to do. One day, when she collapsed of exhaustion, he snapped. He went around into all of the dens, pulling every wolf out, fae brute, pups, elders alike. First he killed the elders, sickly, weak and unable to defend themselves. Next he killed the pups, making every mother watch their children being ripped away from them. Then the brutes, the faes watching helplessly as their mates died. And finally the fae's themselves, making Calypso watch her pack die. Calypso ran off before he could hurt her, however, and hid in neutral territory for the night. She then headed to her birth pack to seek refuge with her parents. But her old mate had gotten there first and told them lies. Her parents, brothers, sisters, all of them, turned their back on her. Calypso had no choice but to run away.
Calypso spent a few months out on her own, wandering. She eventually got over everything, and decided to face her old pack once more. When she got there, she saw a terrible scene infront of her. Her whole pack dead, and there was the brute, sitting and crushing her mother. He grinned menacingly, telling her how long he had waited for her return. Her mother managed to choke out that she was sorry and that Calypso had been right, before the brute killed her. Infuriated, Calypso charged at the brute, fighting and wrestling him closer and closer to the edge of the cliff. Finally, the brute fell, and Calypso watched in horror as he fell. She had just killed the brute she once loved. Tears ran down her cheeks as she realized how many had turned their back on her, and how they had all died. All because she fell out of exhaustion. Calypso ran away from the cliffs for the last time, and never returned, seeking out a new home in a forested valley. Her heart turned cold to all, and she never loved again. But she would still never turn her back on anyone.

~Personality~
Calypso a cold hearted fae, with an iron fist. She sets down the rules and expects you to follow them. She never shows any emotion in public, except for a few. Has her walls up, and finds it hard to trust anyone The pack comes first to her, and although she doesn't mind her pack having mates, she thinks of love as a distraction, set to distract you from the truth, and what is happening around you. Doesn't take very well to brutes, and doesn't enjoy company. Her main goal is to run the pack, and that's what she'll do.

Kai came from a small wolf pack in the east. When he was still a pup, humans came and captured him and his siblings. He was raised in a sanctuary for two years, before he was set free. He has lived one his own since, and eventually met Calypso. He is really the only wolf she really trusts, but she didn't want to give him a rank he didn't want.

~Personality~
Kai is a laid back kind of wolf, is is really nice to everyone he meets. He is easy to trust and easy to be around and talk to as well. He is loving and caring, and does what he can to help out . All in all, he's a really nice brute. His only flaw is that sometimes he doesn't realize how hard some things actually are.
