I cried at the movie, but not in the book. The only time I ever cried in the book was when SPOILER Katniss was screaming at Buttercup, like "Go away, you stupid cat, she's not here!" I think I would have cried at Prim and Finnick's deaths too, but it was all happening to fast to really register in my brain.

I thought that Kato, Clove, or Peeta was going to win! I wanted Katniss to win but I didnt think she was going to.

I wanted Rue to win, but I knew that Katniss would win. How else would she continue her story in the other two books?

I really wish Cato/Clove had won. Not only because I dislike Katniss/Peeta, but because their story is trully heartbreaking and it pains me every time someone comes to me and dismisses Cato and Clove as being 'evil'.

I didn't think Cato or Clove was evil. I actually would've rather them won. I love Peeta, but Katniss is a jerk. To him and to Gale. Cato and Clove were just doing what everyone else was doing, trying to win. Only they were doing it the way they were taught.

OMG I UNDERSTAND lol but seriously, when i tell people cato/clove are my fav characters,they look at me like im crazy. xP And also, did anyone other than me cry when cato, clove, or seneca crane die? Because i did, and my friends thought i was crazy xD

It seems like everyone tends to forget that, yes, killing is pretty much all they know, since they've been training to participate in the games for a very long time.

Being a grown women, I still tear up every time I watch the end of the movie, when Cato breaks up and realizes that he has always meant to die, from the very beginning. His sobs are horrifying and so so so so so so heartbreaking.

My first time seeing the movie, I was too busy gagging to really understand what he was saying (xD), but the next time, it came as a total shock. It was such a heartfelt moment when Cato realised that he was just raised to die.

Cato and Clove are great characters.
As well as Marvel and Glimmer. I just can't seem to hate any of them. :3

When I heard his speech, I couldent talk. I was literally leaning forward in my seat, catching every word. And I realized, they arent so bad. It was basically what they were brought up and forced to do. To train, to die. He knew he was dead from the start, he knew he always would be doomed. It made me realize how much the Careers actually had in them. They were people, too.
