Sasa looked everywhere in the cave under every pup. "Luna, did you see my baby Bear?" she said with a light whimper in her tone.

Flame's paws ached as he was driven into another territory by the bear. If the bear didn't tear him up, the pack would. He slipped right passed dens and even jumped over the alpha, but they didn't care, they knew why he was passing and let him go. This time. As last, he was at another border. He faced the bear and killed the cub that was in his mouth. The mother roared and raced towards him, but Flame had skilled foot-work and easily jumped over the paws this time. He grabbed the other cub behind the mother and killed it to. The mother dropped to her belly and roared weakly, purely sad. Flame jumped on it's back. It tried to grab him, but couldn't. Flame dug his fangs into the great throat and killed her.

"I..I think I did." She said, standing up and running out of the cave to find him. She saw a small pup following what looked like Flame's paw prints. "BEAR?!" She yelled running to him.

Bear stumbled at the first border Flame passed through. "Dad?" he howled lightly. He looked around following the paws again. Then he heard luna and hid under a tree covering his scent in the mud. It was completely hidden.

Luna sighed and followed the tiny paw prints. "You're mother is worried sick about you." She sighed, looking at him with soft eyes.

He backed up and then tumbled into a hole, with hundreds of tunnels. "Wow!" he said and trotted through a very unlikely path, he started to run though the cave.

Luna shook her head. "Well, at least he should be safe until I go back and find Sasa." She sighed to herself. She ran back into camp and bounded into the Alpha den. Her eyes were more adjusted and she could see better. "Sasa. He fell into a hole and there's a lot of tunnels down there. The whole is big enough for us to get through but definitely not even a bear CUB." She said in one breath.

Sasa trotted outside and came back in with bear in her jaws. "Well, at least i know a hole thats close to the den." she sighed. Then let out a long high howl hoping he was alright.

Luna sighed when she saw bear. She looked at his legs and paws. "Well, he didn't break anything, and none of his pads are wounded. He looks to be alright." She sighed.

Sasa cleaned him off. "Im so telling your father when he gets back.." she said sternly. "I hope hes alright..."
