Something similar happened to me. My rules don't demand a message, but if you insist on receiving them, you aught to write them.

I don't care if the BA has more demand, it shouldn't even be on the September's list!

Well it really depends on the art...as well as the person wanting the art. I've personally gotten an average of September's list payments but I'm also really good at art(not to brag, it's just about the only thing I ever do XD)

Heh...I have a hard time finding people who'll pay plain old rares for art, and I don't think I'm THAT horrible...
