Canada won, 'nuff said

Ah I watched almost the entire Sweden/Canada match in women's curling... and then we lost in the 11th end, soooo depressing... at least we got silver

Haha I think if Luongo keeps playing, Canada can win gold in men's... though if Miller continues to play really well... it'll be a close game, I think.

I thought they were playing Sweden? Either way it was the only curling game I've ever sat through. I love Canada and my family comes from somewhere in the Norway/Sweden/Finland area (we only know because of my last name), so it was a win win situation for me.

Ah thanks Wibeke, you're right. I got confused, I think the men's curling team plays Norway, the women did play Sweden. And now it's too late to edit 'cause I've been quoted...

I don't think there was any figure skating yesterday, but Canada did get two firsts in speed skating...

I cried when Canada won the gold in hockey. They beat us for gold in men's and women's hockey. If you're Canadian, please don't rub it in my face. I went through (literally) a whole box of tissues.

The ONLY good part is that Ryan Miller (my hero, and also shares my birthday) was named MVP of the tournament.

But other than that, I am currently in mourning. And the worst part is that Sidney Crosby scored the winning goal. I was hoping it was anyone but him.

That was a pretty good game. I would've liked to see the USA win, but we have quite a few metals already and you can't win everything. All my favorites got gold metals anyways.

I hear there's going to be a concert? I'm not completey sure. I only heard the word's "concert" and "Nickelback"(yay!) because the annoucer started talking way too fast.
