((Yep, be sure to read all of the rules~))
Sprite chuckled. Watching Tarrin paddle around in the pond was quite amusing. The saluki inquisitivly dipped a paw into the cold liquid, trying to decide whether or not to go for a swim herself. The other dog sure seemed to be having a good time in there. This is, until he suddenly dove beneath the surface with a surprised expression upon his face. Sprite stepped forward quickly, peering underwater with her ears perked. When Tarrin soon came back up, she was a little relieved -- until she saw what he was holding.
Tarrin came back up with a wrigling creature in his mouth. Sprite twisted her nose up in disqust. She hated snakes, and tried to avoid them most of the time. She especially wouldn't ever eat one as Tarrin said. But other dogs weren't as picky as she was.. Anyway, that made the decision for her; no going for a swim right now!
"Yeah.. me too," Sprite agreed hesitantly. "Too, um.. tough. Too bad it wasn't a nice fish though." A light smile returned to her face as she casually glanced around the park. Suddenly, a noise came to her ears.. growling. The saluki's gaze snapped over to the owner of the noice, and landed upon a few members of the Dusk pack: a couple just now arriving (including their leader Vaughn), and one standing near the pond.
Sprite wasn't afraid. She knew how to deal with these dogs. She already had many times before. Turning to face them, the tall saluki stood in a confident stance and spoke. "Good afternoon.. Vaughn."
