Dovestar purred. "You'll have to become Deputy first," she mewed to Hawkkit. "I'm sure you'd make a wonderful Clan leader!"

Shadowheart looked down at Riverkit, noticing that his eyes had opened to reveal a pale blue so lovely that it seemed to look like a flowing river. "I believe I've named you well," Shadowheart purred, licking Riverkit's black fur.

Dovestar turned to Oakcloud. "No, I haven't seen her," she admitted. "I'm assuming that you haven't either?"
