Gale Hawthorne wrote:(Hoothead, that is perfectly fine! You form looks very nice and on the pictures: if you can't get one right now, you're perfectly fine. Take your time for when you can post them. Also, I can't wait to see your other characters.
And ohhh Sorry I didn't catch that you had the male from One reserved! Of course he's still yours ^^
Sorry LongFang, would you like a different District? D: I'm sure he could still be in the Career pack if he's still strong- Peeta was, after all. Sorry about the inconvenience)
(Yeah sure thats fine, he can be from 2 right? as in District 2)

(ok I'll do that, Thanks ^^ )
Jace smiled as he looked out the window. No more hearding and slaughtering cattle for him. He studied the trees as they rushed by at 250 miles an hour. He hadn't spoken to the girl from his district, but he was going to give them a suprise when he joined the career pack, and maybe even took charge of it. He sirked at his reflection, imagining the Victor's Crown on his dark black hair.
Rulie sat in a over-stuffed chair on the train. She wanted to go home, and stay home. She would have been perfectly happy staying in District 11 her whole life. How had it even happened, she was only 12. She looked at her necklace, hoping they would let her keep it as her token. Then looking out the window with trees wipping by at dizzying speed, she put her head between her knees and cried softly, getting it all out before she had to step out at the capitol.

Link sat through the beginning of the reapings without zoning out to much. After listening to the same introduction for practically his whole life it got a bit harder to concentrate. He sat up a little straighter when the name for girls were called. It may have been a big district but having 6 sisters still in the reaping, most of which were recieving tesserae, was a bit unnerving. He released the breath he had been holding when the girl was picked, glancing over to his sisters and smiling with his eyebrows. He turned back to the stage as the boy was called and watched as a dark-haired boy was called up looking strangely excited. The crowd began to disperse and Link ran over to Zelie, picking her up in a hug. "Safe for one more year!" He said grinning. "Yeah but your not safe from your work, come on! You have a ranch to attend to!" Link recieved a sharp smack to the back of his head from his Nanna's cane but followed her and the rest of his family back to their small ranch. One game ends for us. Link thought as he approached the stall holding a pregnant female cow preparing to give birth. Just as another one begins.

“
When you are born,” the golem said
softly, “your courage is new and clean.
You are brave enough for anything:
crawling off of staircases, saying your
first words without fearing that someone
will think you are foolish, putting strange
things in your mouth. But as you get
older, your courage attracts gunk, and
crusty things, and dirt, and fear, and
knowing how bad things can get and
what pain feels like. By the time you’re
half-grown, your courage barely moves
at all, it’s so grunged up with living. So
every once in awhile, you have to scrub
it up and get the works going, or else
you’ll never be brave again.
