you can see its lions tail and can kinda make out a mane, its looking up though but I agree with snickers it looks like a lion and I'm guessing the one on the other side is too

Yes- I can't quite make out the mane but it definitely has a lion's tail and that would fit in well with the traditional 'coat of arms' thing.

This lion has CS layout's design, just like the dog. :3 And it ALSO has "CS 4" written on.

The little white squiggle on the red part of the egg looks like a queens bust facing sideways.
Like the upper coin.

And the golden animal is most likely a lion because the lion was used as the supporter on a coat of arms.

The CS4 green lion's mane looks like a flowery meadow to me :3
also, it's eyes are brighter green than it's body.. I didn't notice until I zoomed in
