By a small pond near Elmer Park, the dawn's fogy breeze gently blows through a lonely weeping willow's branches. The almost arctic breeze, sharp and bitter, warns us that winter will be here soon. There, under the willow tree, sits a girl. She has on a thin coat designed to keep her warm, (though it does not do its job too well) her dark yet light hair dampened by the fog. The girl's pale face is wet with tears as she holds herself tightly with tears silently falling. There is a certain darkness that surrounds her, it signifies that she has desire to not live any longer and would rather die than live another day. So, she has come to the willow hoping to get taken away. There is a saying; if you sit under that exact tree for some time even if you, whether intentionally or accidentally fall asleep, when you wake you'll be in a different world entirely. In that other world is peace and tranquility almost seeming like heaven where you are free to live how you choose and are able to be your true self mentally and physically though that saying is true, no one has ever really tried to go there, until now. This girl is the first. This girl, sitting under that willow tree, is hoping to get taken away tonight. 'She has no desire to live any longer and would rather die than live another day'. So slowly.. ever so slowly.. her eyes start to drift close. Fog encases the tree obscuring anyone's view and just like that, a second later the fog blows away revealing nothing but the tree. As if the girl was never there from the beginning, as if she had never existed.. No one looks for the girl.. No one cares that she is now gone for they have all forgotten about the girl, which is the exact reason why she had decided to leave. No one wanted her anymore, everyone forgot about the girl. No one will remember,
no one...

'This world is so peaceful... I never want to leave,' the girl decides. Her name is Dakota Cecil, this other world is calmer than when she had left earth, the wind is at a slight breeze and the air is still foggy. The fog is tinted a light pink as if the sun had just risen. Dakota stands and walks around the willow, the weirdest part is that Dakota can't feel the cold temperature of the breeze, her arms are bare as she moves to a puddle of unbelievably clear water. She kneels down and sees herself, her hair has changed colors, her skin has an unnatural glow to it. Her features have also changed, they are now more.. angelic, almost unreal to her and when she looks down at herself she sees that she is wearing a small peach colored dress. It is silky and feels good against her skin, her feet oddly enough are bare. She touches her face and hair, bewildered by her new look. Tear drops suddenly form in the eyes of the reflection girl. Shes sobbing now, but not with sadness, with joy! She is happy to be away from all the hurt and pain inflicted upon her in the other world. She wishes others like her could feel the happiness that she is experiencing now. She stops and stares, her expression saddens as she remembers that no one would care that she is now gone.. Standing, she glances around and examines the area surrounding her, it looks and smells like it had just got done raining. Fresh soil perfumes the air, she breaths it in as if not getting enough of it. She decides to go exploring not knowing that this world called 'the further' is more dangerous than any other. At first the world seems heavenly and tranquil, but suddenly everything will change. The weather becomes violet, creatures appear and try to kill you at the slightest of whims, your saneness is questioned and the captivating world you once thought was perfect becomes.. well, imperfect

Things have changed. Dakota has been in the further for what seems like only a couple weeks yet things have turned for the worst. A sort of creature has claimed her as its prey and will not, no matter what, stop following or attempting to murder her. The weather has also changed. For example, the rain turns to acid and for some reason only hurts her. The plants and wildlife seem to thrive on this kind of weather though, she often gets quite jealous of them. Dakota has yet to discover others like her, she often visits the willow where she had entered and wonders if she is destined to be alone forever. And this my friend, is where you show up. Not to cure Dakota of her loneliness, but to find peace and happiness even if only for a short amount of time. The further helps you to become what you always wanted to be, what you always wished yourself to be on Earth but just couldn't find the courage to become. This is your second chance! The further is here to help the helpless and lead them to become their true self, inside and out. The sad part is once you have achieved that goal you are sent back to Earth and forced to deal with your problems, you also can never be able to go back to the further.

Plot Summary:(For those who don't want to have to read all of the above)
Another world called the further is where incapable people are sent to become stronger and their true selves are revealed then sent back to earth to deal with the problems they once weren't able to deal with.

When we start the RP everyone but my character Dakota are still on Earth, that way you can role play how you enter into the further. Hope everyone has fun!

The further is another world or 'dimension' that is attached to our world just like many others. It can only be accessed in certain spots across the world, like the willow mentioned in the first post. There are 11 spots total across the world and so far only one is uncovered.


The Creatures

A person has their own 'personal creature' that hunts them down repeatedly. You can do what ever you want with your creature as long as it involves trying to harm your character in a way that makes your character stronger somehow. Your creature could be close and personal, for example it could be with you all the time or you are the only one that can see them. They can also talk, somehow. Oh and by the way you can't kill your creature, if you do they'll just come back to life but it'll be far away from you so you have time to hide before their next attack.


Appearance

When you enter the further your true appearance becomes clear, you look how your truly supposed to look.
(Have fun with this, make the appearance represent your character.)


Location of Willow

The tree is located and hidden on the edge of a lake in the middle of a city.

~I sometimes don't get online for long periods of time so please i need a co-owner PM me if your interested.
~No fights while out of character, everyone needs to get along.

~This RP was made to have a lot of drama and twist in the plot so try to prepare and expect something.

Her house burnt down killing her parents. She became an orphan because she has no other family, she was adopted and moved into a home where the adopted father is an abusive drunk and the mother pretends Dekota doesn't even exist.
Info about your creature:
His name is Keth he, to Dakota, is the most evil thing to have ever existed. He somehow reminds Dakota of her adopted dad mainly because the look they both share in their eyes. He looks like a half man half creature. He wears a shredded up trench coat but his body language and appearance shows that under his thin coat of skin, he's an aggressive and hostile creature.(his face; Looks like this.) He prefers to stay at a distance and only comes close when Dakota is in a vulnerable state/position or is occupied with something.

She was once very blunt and straight forward yet the nicest girl you'd ever met. But that's changed and she is now a silent girl that barely talks and is scared of almost everything.
History:
Her whole family was murdered and she was sent to live with her aunt in the city. Her aunt acted weird one day and told Luce to stay home and not go to school. Later on that day Luce overheard a conversation her aunt was having with someone on the phone. Her aunt sounded terrified and said something about payments and a 'package' arriving on time. That night Luce's aunt said they were going for a walk, Luce agreed though she was now terrified herself. When her aunt started walking towards a park in the middle of the city, she broke away from her aunt and raced away, finding a hiding spot under the long branches of a weeping willow. She'd heard shouts but then everything was silent. When Luce moved out from under the willow she found herself in the further.
Info about your creature:
Luce doesn't know its name but she is terribly afraid of it, the first time they met it almost killed her. She healed shortly after and now has a large scar running across her chest from where it scratched her. It follows at a close distance and usually just watches and waits for her. She knows when it wants to attack; its body language turns impatient and it paces or growls constantly. She doesn't know it can talk yet, It looks like this: 1, 2, 3

Lewis is a bit on the chubby side, and he stands at about 6'.

Curly and dark blonde. Kept tame under a hat.

History:
Lewis grew up with two relatively happy parents - both doctors - until he was seven-years-old. That was when his sister, Olivia was born. His mother died during childbirth, and Olivia was never forgiven by Lewis or his father. The girl became the scapegoat of every mishap in the household, and Lewis never held back in assisting his father in making her miserable. Warmth towards Olivia was absolutely nonexistent for Lewis; when she begged for mercy, the siblings' eyes locked, and a twisted grin would always appear on Lewis's face.

Lewis named his creature Olivia, for when it whispers in his ears, the voice is identical to his sister's. It keeps its distance from him, so Lewis has never been able to identify its appearance. He imagines that it is rather ghastly.

The only difference is the color of her hair. It has become stringy and gray, like a geriatric woman's.

History:
All Liza knows of is the orphanage that she was raised in. Starting at a young age, she was taunted by her fellow orphans, often becoming the victim of an assortment of tricks. Eventually, Liza began striking back, though much harder than any of the other girls would've ever imagined. After a long period of torturing other orphans, she isolated herself so that she wouldn't explode on anyone anymore. No adults wanted her, so she left the orphanage without a home when she turned eighteen.
Info about your creature:
Liza's creature lacks any sort of name, and she refuses to give it one. It likes to stay close to her, so close that she can feel its hot breath on her neck. Liza has only looked at it once, and all she recalls about its appearance is that it doesn't have any facial features but a hideous mouth. Its mouth has overlapping fangs in every direction and a long, acid green tongue, all kept between two thin, cracked, plum-colored lips.
