Yvette nodded as she listened to him. "That's understandable." She told him, then looked back over at him, now quite excited. "You'd take me along?" She questioned, smiling. "If I get Master's permission, I'd love to go with you. I want to see what it's like in the outside world, rather than just being behind these walls." She added, then smoothed out her dress slightly. She didn't continue talking about his old friends and where he met them. "So, are you having lessons tomorrow? Because of the goings on of the Von Diru clan today, I couldn't fulfill my duty to assist you in sword lessons."

"I'm not too picky." Lucine told him. "I go for what's in the heart. Your heart is good, and something I can get along with. Sometimes, being blind is a blessing. I don't judge people by their looks, and have to know their inner self." She said, smiling softly at the pirouette, then sighed happily. "But being blind is also a curse, as everyone knows. There are many things I can't do."

Francesca laughed a bit. "Sounds like we're both in the same kind of clutches. We both get tested on. Only mine is much more harmless. My master treats me a bit like a doll sometimes, dressing me up and doing my hair and makeup." She said, then blushed slightly. "Thank you... Though master dressed me. He chose everything. But I do like what he chose." She added, looking down at the dress. "You look very nice as well, that suit does you justice."

"I suppose it didn't. But being stubborn is what gets you answers." Alain said with a light shrug. "Yes, she is. She avoids just about everyone in the halls, and is frightened of the clanheads, even her own." He said, then smirked. "Well, that'll change. I'm hoping you'll talk to me more often too." He told her, somewhat ignoring her last comment of dragging him to his room. "Say, when we're done with dancing, how about we go upstairs and talk for a bit? Just reminisce on old times when we were younger, talk about the plans for the future, that kind of thing."

"Da, chistokrovnye russkom yazyke." Anya said, nodding, though soon laughed slightly. "Well, most of us don't drink a lot, but I bet we have the best vodka. My parents easily drank three times a week, but didn't get drunk. Once they passed away, I was taken in here. And I found that rarely anybody drank, which to me was quite different." She said, also getting in the position for dancing.
((She said: Yes, pure blooded Russian.))

"Alright, if you want some of it too, then I won't stop you." Voltaire said to her, then nodded. "Ah. So you want to be more fashionable, but you don't know what goes with what? That's understandable. If your friend was the one who put together your outfit, then I'm sure you'll get a good mentor." He said, looking around, noticing his favorite nephew already found someone. "And lookie there, my nephew already has a girl to dance with. I told the boy he'd find someone." He said with a sigh. He looked at Miko, and smiled. "I can come with. He'll likely want to know who you're going to give the tour to."

Ezekiel casually scanned the room, taking a sip of the wine in his hands. He was nursing it, as he didn't want to get drunk. He had a daughter to take care of, after all. He had to wonder, why did they even come to this? He never was a party person, and his wife and he were the first to leave their own little wedding party. They both slipped away from every party, like a couple of teenagers. Now, he had no one to slip away with until Nevena grew up. He sighed, looking down at the key in his hand.
