Arowin smiled and closed the door again. "Emerald, get all the horses out of their stalls." she said and glanced around the stable making out the heads of the fine horses that watched them nervously. "Get them all near the doors and when I get back we will herd them all out the gate, through the village and then into the forest towards the hideout in the trees. From there we will fight off any guards that follow with the horses in the stables in the trees. Once it is all clear we will then move them from there to the castle. Tack up as many as you can in fine tack and strap bags of feed and whatever else onto the faster ones but not enough to slow us down. Try thread a long strand of rope through each halter to keep them all together." she said and grinned like a naughty child. She could hardly disguise the gleam that had returned to her eyes, she was back and it was high time the King found out!

Emerald payed close attention to Arrowin's instructions before nodding and grinning again. "Glad to have you back." she said with a wink before grabbing as much tack as she could carry out into the barn isle. She hurriedly tacked up about three horses while leaving them in their stalls, doing it with ease and precision from years of practice, and then started to tie some feed bags onto the swifter looking horses. One horse in particular caught her attention as she was walking into the tack room to get some more rope. She walked up to the horse's stall, studied it for a moment, and then gasped. It was her father's friesan stallion, Malfazar. A closer look at the horse revealed why he was here instead of at her father's personal stable; Malfazar's foreleg was bandaged. Emerald smirked and realized the horse next to it was the king's very own horse! "Arrowin, we hit the jackpot!" she whisper shouted with glee. Moving with excitement, the grin on her face similar to that of a child's in a candy shop, she got as much rope as she could carry, and one by one started to take some horses out of their stall and tie them together. She pulled out her father's horse and the King's stallion first, putting them at the front of the line so she could keep an eye on them, and then taking the rest she had tacked up and strapped feed bags to.

Arowin smiled, "It's great to be back." she said and then danced with joy silently giggling as she saw Emerald lead out the two horses of great worth. "Alright, wait here till I get back." she said and took a crossbow and satchel of arrows from en empty stall. She slipped out again and into the night and started silently creeping forward. She stopped resting in the shadows and chose out the guards no one was paying attention to and shot them dead one by one and dragged off their bodies. She then took their swords and axes and started silently jamming them into doorways to prevent more guards getting out once the alarm had been raised. She then slipped into the guard house and slotted a white and red flag out of the small gap to the outside of the castle where the waiting Hood members would find see it. She knew they would now be getting the horses ready to leave and herd the others. She then slipped back across the moonlit courtyard and into through a window and into the castle itself to go have a bit of fun.

Emerald giggled quietly a she saw Arrowin dance for joy. It felt great to have her friend fully back. Things would be much more interesting. "Alright, be careful." she told Arrowin, even though she knew she would be. She watched her walk out of the stable before getting more of the horses ready. She took her time now, stroking each horse and telling it to be good or else they could mess up the whole plan. The two horses she spend the most time with were of course he father's horse and the King's horse. As she stroked Malfazar's cheek she could see grey hairs on his muzzle and around his eyes. "Somebody's getting old." she teased jokingly to the war horse. "Daddy's gonna need a new horse soon." she cooed. Then her eyes went wide. "Oops. Did I just say that? I meant Guy, definitely meant Guy." she corrected with another giggle.

Arowin glanced around the great hallway and then headed straight towards the first staircase, this was after all not her first time in the castle uninvited and would not be her last. She silently slipped up the stairs taking pictures in her arms of his Royal Pain in the Rump as she moved up towards the royal chambers. She had a huge wobbling pile as she pushed open the doors to the empty throne room. She placed them all in the middle of the room and then dragged the throne into the middle of them. She then grinned and pulled some of Rebecca's fire oils out of her satchel and poured a fair amount of it onto the royal dump. She then placed the oils back in her satchel and took out the two pieces of black rocks known as flint or fire stone and struck them together causing a spark t catch on the oil and start a steady flame. She then hurried on out and shut the door behind her and wedged another sword into the door hinges and moved on to the door a few flights up. She easily and silently killed the guards posted outside and entered the royal chambers. She grinned down at the sleeping fool and took of her Hood and hung it from his wardrobe and poured the last of the oils around his bed and set that alight. She then bolted leaving her cloak there to tease and torment the king. She slipped outside the window again and wedged the last of the weapons into the door and ran to the stable and flung the doors open and jumped onto the nearest tacked horse.

John turned over in his sleep as the doors to his chambers creaked open. "Arianna..." he mumbled before falling back into a deep sleep. But soon enough, the crackling of the flames woke him up. "What on earth..." he mumbled, rubbing his eyes. They then went wide and he started to panic. The whole room was ablaze, the only thing he managed to make out between the flames was a cloak. Arrowin's cloak. In outrage, he jumped over the flames that surrounded his bed and grabbed the cloak. He roared his wrath and grabbed his sword before knocking out the window on the far side of the room. He glanced down at the roof, thinking maybe he could jump onto it. But no, it was too far. Fists clenched, he ran through the flames to the door, ramming into it with his shoulder. Wincing, he did it again and again until finally, with a dislocated right shoulder, he managed to break a hole in the door. He climbed through it and shouted in anger and pain until the guards came. "You isolate fools! I could of died!" he spat at them. He finally had to sit down, his burns and shoulder getting the best of him. It didn't take long before he started to nod off into unconsciousness. "Go get Guy. Now." was the last thing he managed to say before dozing off.

Emerald looked back as Arrowin entered and then opened the back stable doors, the ones closest to the gate. She smirked, the smell of smoke filling her nose. "You burn anybody to death?" she joked before mounting up her father's horse. She had checked the wound earlier and the wound was just a small cut. Grabbing a fistful of mane, she looked over at Arrowin, adrenaline pumping. "You ready?"

Prince Stephan laid out his freshly purchased surprise inside the castle's kitchen, glancing around with a hint of a frown on his face. Where was Rebecca? He decided to check outside but before he did so he hurriedly trimmed the goldenrods and found the black ribbon he had been saving (he had hoped to surprise her with more than simple wildflowers, so he had planned in advance) to tie around them. Looking at his work he smiled, satisfied with the beautiful way the bright orange color contrasted against the silky ribbon. As a last thought, he tucked a few strands of the rosemary he had bought into the bouquet and ducked outside, dusting his bridle-worn hands on his dark brown riding pants. He was dressed sharply as usual, this time a billowing white button up tucked into his leather belt, with subtle bunches of lace at the wrists and gathered at the neck. He had shaved a few days ago, but stubble was already filling in his prominent cheekbones and around his mouth. His hair he hadn't gotten cut in a while and it had it's normal shag, black and wind-tossed from riding. As he stepped through the fading sunlight, he looked quite different from how he had simply five years ago, much more of a man than a boy. It was time, he decided to finally show the girl he had been watching from a distance for so long how he felt about her. Glanced around, he didn't see Kyle in sight, and assumed his cousin must have run off to play with the horses or something. Stephan finally spotted Rebecca and his green eyes brightened. He tucked the bouquet behind his back and strutted across the courtyard and the grass to meet her at the edge of the forest. "Rebecca," he greeted her warmly, watching how she would respond to his presence. He took a few steps closer than he would normally have, his heart seeming to catch with his every breath.

Chris was about to call Rebecca over when he spotted someone else approach the treeline. Straining his eyes to see through the darkness from such a distance, he realized it was the Prince. Even from far away, he could tell they were too focused on eachother to pay him much mind. He rolled his eyes silently. He had known all along that Stephan was fond of her, and it had been years since he had actually lived with them. He decided to wait it out and try and give them their space. He slunk around the side of the castle and froze when he heard the soft footsteps of a young person.

Kyle closed the door from which he had just passed through. A map of the castle had lain spread over the table in the middle of the room. Emerald and Arowin must have been planning something. The mini replica of the King frowned and crossed his arms. They never took him with but he supposed he knew why. "You're too young." he said mimicking Emerald's voice and laughed happily. He now knew the real reason, if his father where to see him. A sudden noise made him freeze. Someone was nearby and if it was someone of The Hood they wouldn't be doing it secretly. He pulled out his "sword" and stalked forward ready. Of course it wasn't a sword per say, more a long knife that they had given the him for his last birthday after he had cut himself trying to use Arowin's sword on the straw target outside.

Rebecca watched Stephan walk towards her with his hands behind his back. She grinned happily and thought she saw a glimmer in his eye, as if he was planning something. "Welcome back." she said with a smile that could have split her face in half if it had reached much further. She had really missed Stephan while he had been away. Even if it was only for one night. She tucked her brown hair out of her face with her slightly scarred hands. There where a few pale scars on her arms and hands from fire dancing but she hardly even noticed them anymore, they where just simple white marks where the flames had licked her arms for being lazy or not paying enough attention but that chapter of her life was over. All that mattered was here and now. "You must be hungry." she said happily and wondered if she had any meat left to quickly put over a fire for Stephan. She knew there was some cured meat that Arowin was always taking but she didn't know if he would like it and she didn't really feel like doing anything that would involve leaving his presence now that he was back. There always seemed to be a golden aura around him that drives her crazy, a good crazy though. He was unlike anyone else she had ever met. A true gentleman, a true friend,maybe more but she had never been quiet sure of that.

As frank waited outside the castle walls he noticed the small flag, nodding to himself, he grabbed the others horses and gingerly clambered onto Diads back, grabbing the reins of the others and waiting. As he did so however the smell of smoke filled his nostrils with a burning sensation, obviously something was alight and as he pushed the horses forward he looked up to see one of the rooms ablaze. His blue eyes widened as the flames licked at the evening sky , black smoke billowing out from the windows, it was making the horses restless, his mind filing with awful thoughts as he watched intently, seemingly memorised by it all. But Frank stood his ground, eyes scanning for Arrowin and Emerald, of which he was getting a little impatient now.
Diad was tossing his head about and sitting back on his haunches as he anticipated the surge forward, he as well was receiving an adrenalin rush and even with his age he was acting like a colt again.
Franks hooded face watched carefully for movement as some townsfolk appeared on the streets to see all the commotion happen, he pulled the cloak further over his face and cursed under his breath as more and more people funnelled outwards and towards the castle.

The horses started nickering nervously, the whites of their eyes starting to show. One of them almost reared, and he would have if it weren't for the rope she had tied to all their halters. Malfazar pranced under her and tossed his head. He chomped at the bit, eager to get out of here. Emerald looked over at Arrowin. "We need to go!" she shouted above the sound of the fire and cheering townspeople.
