"Your an Elf? My mistake. I thought you where a pointy eared dwarf. Really must learn more about fantasy creatures." Dustfinger said in his usual sarcastic tone. "And yes, I do might know how you got here." he told the elf mysteriously. "Your where read out. Believe it or not, your a book character. Your where read out by someone with the talent to.. well, read people out of books."
(You can show up in the ally. Everyone else did. Dustfinger and Legolous are there now.)

"Many thanks, my lady," replied the young man as the woman accepted his apology, bowing again. "And I believe there is one other to whom I owe an apology, much as I loathe the words." Turning, he looked for the boy he had fought with earlier, the one who called himself a Lord of Thieves. He did not bow to this one once he found him, nor did he speak eloquently. In fact, he was as blunt as he could be without seeming completely rude. "I do not like you, boy," he admitted, "And it would seem that your feelings towards me are the same. However, both of us are Italian born and bred, and for that I cannot forsake you an offer of brotherhood. I hold out my arm, if you will take it, and offer no violence towards you or yours." He extended his right hand and kept his left away from his rapier, to prove that he was being sincere. He did not respect those who stole from others, but it was better to be a man of honor in a den of thieves than to kill one where more might be lurking. From whence one rat came, more where sure to follow, but give them cheese and they would dance to any piper's tune. Besides, when the scientist's magic box ultimately failed him, the Lord and Heir of the Capulet family would need someone to translate for him. And, like it had been with the dragon-girl, he needed as many allies in this strange new world as he could get.

~Dustfinger~
Dustfinger didn't hesitate to answer. "Who am I?.... Now that is an interesting question." Dustfinger started, leaning against the brick wall thoughtfully. "To my enemies, I am the worst nightmare one could dream. To a stranger, I am an aggravating and mysterious man. To my friends, I am a frustratingly clever ally. And in the context that we currently are in.... I am a man who has been taken out of my own world more times than I'd care remember." he answered calmly.
~Scipio~
He stared at the man. It was one thing for the girl to forgive him.... but him? The Thief Lord? Forgive and ally with someone who blemished his name? Attacked him? The very thought sickened him.... and yet this man wasn't offering friendship, but brotherhood. Scipio had no brother, but be it this man, he would probably hate him. And what was wrong with allowing someone you hated, to become a hated brother? This man, as much as he was despised by the Thief Lord, would be better as an ally, someone he could use to his advantage to return to Italy, than as an enemy who would consistently attempt to harm him.
"I take your arm, but I tell you, in the way you may not respect my title, let it be known that I hold no regard to yours either. In this world, and in this matter we are both equals." he said, giving his right hand to the Italian man. "But raise a hand against me and you'll have hell to pay for it." he added, a warning tone to his voice. In Scipio's mind, this was no bluff. In brutal strength this rude Italian man could not be beat, but in brains, planning, cleverness and determination, Scipio had the upper hand. He always found a way to outsmart the enemy, and this would be no exception.....

With a disdainful scoff, the young Lord replied "There is a reason my name means King of Cats, boy. I keep my word above all other things." Turning to inspect the scene, he added almost as an afterthought, "Recall, if thoust will, that I did not say friendship. Thou and I need not trust each other; I merely wish to ensure that thou doth not find it prudent to slit my throat whilst I slumber." The Italian clasped his hands behind his back in order to prevent his left from sliding down to the hilt of his rapier; he needed to appear nonthreatening if he wanted to gain allies among these strange people. He wondered, for a moment, if they thought him crude, and then laughed internally at the absurdity of the idea. He was born and raised in the City of the Gods, and his language was that of kings and conquerors. If all was fair, he would be elevated above them all, preferably on a throne, but he would have settled to stand if it meant he could look down on the world and know that it was his. Then a sudden spasm in his chest made him cough, forcing the young man to draw up an arm to cover his mouth. Where had those thoughts come from? He had never wanted to rule anything more than House Capulet, and sometimes not even that. The world was unfathomably large and flat besides; how could he think to preside over all of it? But... why not? It was his for the taking- all he had to do was find his author and whisper a few words in his or her ear... Horrified, the Italian forced the sibilant voice to the back of his mind. He would ignore it, and it would go away. It was the air here, that was all. The bad air was giving him bad thoughts. That, added to the fact that a woman was lying dead so close by- it was no wonder the night seemed more evil than it ever had back home. Back home... and now suddenly he felt a longing in his gut so powerful he almost began to weep. What would become of his fair cousin? He had sworn to protect her, and hadn't he done just that all his life? But now he was gone, vanished into thin air, leaving her to be wooed by a Montague, of all people. He had been just about to teach Romeo a strict lesson with the blade of his rapier when the magic had dragged him out of his world and into this one. He desperately needed to get back, for Juliet's sake.
