When they reached camp, Moonstar called a meeting and told the clan about the bird. When she was done, she went of to took for Airheart.

Sandtail searched out Dragonclaw, quickly finding him. When she reached him, she gave a light purr and then said,"Where do you want to go now?"

Darkclaw let out a purr so strong he couldn't speak. He licked her cheek and presses his muzzle into hers.

Dragonclaw thought for a moment, realizing that now was a good time to ask Sandtail what he had wanted to for so long. "I was kind of hoping you would say that. I wanted to talk to you for a minute. We could take a walk through the forst or something, if you want," he suggested.

Dustwing returned Darkclaw's loving gesture, and the memory of her dream surged through her mind. She felt like she could stay here, gazing across the lake with Darkclaw at her side, forever.
