• Two slots for Three-ages pets (three coloured linearts) for one full set of this months store dogs each.

Only slightly. His horns develop.

Does all the add-ons of the adult show up in the puppy stage? If no, which ones does not show on the puppy?
He doesn't have his horns. Can be shown without neckerchief if wanted in puppy stage.
His mane is with him through puppy stage.

Oh yes, a question for sunny.corgi;
On the ref there is an arrow pointing to the muzzle and below it there is a white patch. To me it looks like the muzzle marking is split with a separate white patch on the forehead but on the actual reference image there is no white patch on the forehead?
(Don't worry, there's nothing like sending the trade too soon, I'd just cansle it if you didn't got the slot^^'.)
