brycen smiled to Melody, he didn't want to kill her.. Her family needed her... Her mothier needs her. He never officially met herbut he was sure she was an important woman in district twelve.

Melody let her long blonde hair fall over her shoulders, blocking Brycen from her sight. She didn't want to kill him. She liked him. A lot. Still, I'll have to kill him at one point. Unless I die first. She thought to herself. She sighed softly, then tucked her hair behind her ear so she could talk to him again.
"Have you met any of the other tributes?" She asked.

brycen shook his head, "no, they should be on this same train right?" He said, Can we go see them, talk with them he though, "i don't want to kill them," THAT WASN'T AN INNER THOUGHT! STUPID STUPID STUPID! he let slip an inner thought he looked at melody trying to act casual, maybe she didn't hear me

Melody smiled and nodded understandingly.
"The more we get to know them, the harder it will be to kill them. But then again, we can't form allies. But I know what you mean, I don't want to kill anyone either." She replied, hoping her agreement meant he would be less worried. She placed her hand on butterfly burn and thought of her mother. Mother would want me to win. I will win for mother. I will win for Jakob. I will try to win!

"Yes. They look dangerous," he said with a sad smile. They did look dangerous, but what was he going to do about it? He decided to just wait it out.

Nia nodded and swallowed hard. "They always do." She whispered, a sad look on her face. She rubbed her arms, a shiver running down her spine. Her long dark hair curled around her neck as she moved her head.

Brycen nodded, getting to know them makes it harder to kill, but it makes it easier to make temporary alliances he thought, he looked to Melody how desperate is she to not kill? enough to trust people, how far does trust go. how far can my trust go if i trust her. it's too early to assume she's even capable for trust, how do i know she won't stab me in the back, how will i know not to stab her he became lost in thought over the plan of the Hunger Games, concentrating more on the action, than other aspects, like terrain, supplies, weapons, and sponsors.
